এখন কবিতা
দেবাশিস চক্রবর্তী
যদি আমাকে লিখতে বল কবিতা
তবে ধানের শীষে কোনও মেঠো প্রজাপতির আশ্রয়! অথবা আস্তে, আস্তে, আস্তে
কুয়াশায় হারিয়ে গেল অনেক অনেক অধ্যায়
অসংখ্য মানুষ, একটা সম্পূর্ণ স্বদেশ।
যদি আমাকে লিখতে বল এখন কবিতা
তবে চাঁদ আর শব্দের খেলার মাঝে
রুটির গন্ধ, বেগুনপোড়ার সাথে
সাদা ভাতের সাপ লুডো খেলা!
আমার হারিয়ে যাওয়া সেই ক্রিকেট ব্যাটের
ওপর লেখা থাকতো তোমার নাম
সেইসব সন্ধ্যায় পরীদের দেশে
কবিতা বৃষ্টি নামাতো
অক্ষরের মাতাল হাওয়ায়
আমি খুঁজতাম স্পর্শ
হারিয়ে যাওয়া কত নাম!
আমার প্রেয়সীদের তির্যক বর্ণপরিচয়।
যদি আমায় এখন লিখতে বল কবিতা
আমি থুতু দেব, জট পাকানো
সমস্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানের জিমনাস্টিক গদ্যের
মুখে ,শরীরে- নেব তুলে তীর ধনুক
বাংলায় লিখব প্রত্যেক প্রশ্নের উত্তর
প্রত্যেক মারের পাল্টা প্রত্যাঘাত।
যদি আমায় লিখতে বল কবিতা
আমি সেই প্রেতআত্মাকে ডাকবো
যে নিজে মিশিয়ে ছিল বিষ
তার অসুস্থ ছেলের খাবারে!
পরে নিজেও খেয়েছিল ওই বিষ
হয়তো খুঁজে ছিল এভাবে
বাঁচবার শেষ কোনও প্রয়াস?
যদি আমায় এখন লিখতে বল কবিতা
তবে আমি একটু ঘুম চাইবো
প্রিয় অক্ষরদের বলব আগুনের সময় আসছে
তোমরা যত খুশি পুড়ে যাও
মরে যেও না, হেরে যেওনা।
