There's a lot of people calling The Day Before a scam.. I just want to point out that the devs decision to shut down means they won't receive a cent of the sales they made given steam pays out 30 days after the month the revenue was earned.
It's far more likely that they saw the sales, realized it hadn't made anywhere near enough to sustain the company in the long term so they canned it now to reduce burning more cash on a project that is essentially already dead.
What I'm trying to say is that scam isn't the right word to describe The Day Before. I think disappointing is more appropriate and fitting.
I've been playing a bunch of DayZ recently and one of my mates has been working hard to get a server going. He's pouring a bunch of time, effort and money into making a DayZ experience that people will remember and I've been absolutely loving it.
It's got the usual air drops and KOTH events, key cards, cars, helis and traders. As well as some more intense experiences such as towns getting nuked and needing to be cleaned up / have the new local mutants evicted. There's also custom areas to explore and some genuinely terrifying custom zombies to encounter.
Currently it's in a beta testing phase with a reduced player cap, a lot is being added and tweaked from feedback that he's receiving. However he could really use more people giving it a go to help find everything that needs to be fixed / adjusted and make suggestions.

So it's been a hot minute since I dropped a video. Had to focus on some irl stuff for a while though I do want to thank those of you that reached out partly concerned and partly wanting more content lol.
I'm going to try to get back into something that resembles a regular release schedule again. That being said I'm not sure what I want to create content wise. I'm sure a lot of you would instantly say RUST, which is fair.
Though to be honest I'm not sure what's going on between my beloved RUST and myself currently. I've taken a good long break from it. That usually clears out all the salt and toxicity allowing me to come back for another thousand hours or so.
I still love RUST but I prefer the problem solving, rigging up bases with ridiculous electricity and teaching you guys how to do stuff that you actually want to know how to do.
So video wise I'm going to mix things up a bit. I'm going to make a bunch of videos that I'm inspired to make. Some of them will be guides, some of them will be little creative projects and some of them will even be some good old gameplay.
I need to reconnect with a hobby that I truly do love and the best way to do that is by working on projects I'm passionate about.
That being said I do still want to help you guys with your RUST stuff. If you need help with a circuit or want to know how to do something, anything at all. Leave a comment on this post, explain what you'd like to know.
I'm going to start a series of videos specifically covering your queries. Showing you exactly how to do it and teaching you how to do it yourself.

Well after 100 hours since it's launch we killed the last boss in Valheim today. I've gotta say this is one of the best survival crafters I've ever played. Expect some Valheim guides in the near future from me. :)
