Hey everyone! Long post ahead,

First huge thank you for 16k! I couldn’t freaking belive it, i’m so excited and I’’m so happy and grateful you all are here! aaaaa.

Secondly, I got super overwhelmed, but wanted to be honest, the last video I made was taken down because I wasn’t happy with the quality. Thank you to all those who gave me feedback! I really appreciate it, and I’ll put it to good use. I have been super sporadic with posting, as some of you know, as I was still in law school. In these last few months, I was writing my thesis and taking three courses at the same time. This, alongside other issues in my life, caused me to just break down and I’m currently dealing with severe burnout. I get super in my own head about everything and then I just go to extremes and I take it out on myself, but i’m working on it!

Finally, my bachelor’s is coming to an end, and I’m taking a gap year for my mental health and internal happiness, as this bachelor’s degree has also made me question a lot about what I want or what I thought I wanted. At first, I didn’t say anything because I thought no one cared, and it’s never that deep, but you guys are my audience, and you’ve been so kind with your support, it makes me cry. Being honest about these struggles also makes me feel better and less alone.

With this gap year, I’ll be in my more creative bag and exploring all the creative projects I put on the back burner for my degree: music, etc so stay tuned for that! But also more consistency and more fun videos where we can just yap, which is why i started talking about films on this channel in the first place. I can't wait to just get back to feeling creative again, thank you guys for all your patience.

Hey everyone, I’ve been in exam week so I’ve been a bit MIA from the channel, but rest assured the avox deep dive is definitely on the way next week.

Also, I saw there’s a remake for the movie & book coming in November: like water for chocolate. I saw the film in the 90s and it was crazy and symbolic and I loved it, would y’all live a review? Some people mentioned it in my comments but I had other things to analyse at the time. Let me know!!
