To add any number of leading zeros and create a counter animation, use the following expression:

x = effect("Slider Control");("Slider")
x.toString().padStart(2,0);

1.x = effect("Slider Control")("Slider"); - Retrieves the slider value and assigns it to x.

2. x.toString().padStart(2, "0"); - Converts x to a string and ensures it has at least 2 characters, padding with leading zeros if necessary (e.g., 5 becomes "05").
