Hello. My name is Vinny Mann with a Y at the end of Vinny and welcome to Backstage Studios.
On this channel, you will often find videos relating to a favorite childhood show of mine, Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends. The show had inspired me to develop my design skills and share them with audiences. My own fan made series, Bachmann Thomas and Friends mainly consisted of Bachmann Trains, stop motion and my own custom models.
Every now and then, I also do walkthroughs, film reviews and other interesting content.

For this month’s video recommendation, I’d like to share @NWR1991 ‘s Japanese Thomas home media collection video. This collection video has a variety of Thomas VHSes and DVDs from Japan and some other foreign countries. What I find interesting about Japan’s home media releases for Thomas is that they have cool themes and unique episode parings and it shows that Japan really knows how to market Thomas.

For this month’s video recommendation, I’d like to share, Sir Handel’s Trick by @sidekickjason .Duncan Gets Spooked was the only spooky episode with the narrow gauge engines and this fan made story truly captures the spirit of what a spooky narrow gauge episode could have been like from its atmosphere and especially the story Sir Handel tells. It’s definitely one to check out to prepare for Halloween.
