If I had a nickel for every song I have out about what kissing someone tastes like, I’d have two nickels…. Sugar Rush is about the HIGH you get when you kiss someone for the first time. It’s crazy and silly and fun and all over the place, and I think it’s so fitting. I experimented a lot with this track and took it in a direction I don’t usually. And it was so so much fun to make!! Keep your ear out for the backing vocals, there’s some really awesome fun stuff in there. I hope you love it as much as I do!! ❤️🍓
