I have an idea and I want some input on it. Instead of releasing every song as a single on streaming services, would it be a better idea to release them in volumes instead? The only reason I haven't been releasing music on other platforms is mainly because I don't feel like making covers for every single song lol. I'm segmenting them into years to try and keep it organized

So Lumlings is on steady course to hit Newgrounds within the upcoming week, and just to clarify, I will most likely be making my own (and possibly even commissioning others) music for this game in the future. But as of now, this project will be a simple free to play browser game for people to play casually. I seek no monetary gain from this project, at least as of now. I am merely just creating for the sake of creation.

Some other FAQ:
I will be changing the texture of the sun upon release. It's been criticized that it looks a bit jarring when compared to the sprites in the rest of the game, and I kind of agree. Although it is a bit upsetting seeing that was one of the first features I added to the game.

There will be no subverting of expectations with this game. This is NOT a game that is going to delve into any sort of creepy/horror elements. That is a cliché that I have seen done to death, and frankly I personally despise. I feel it will be refreshing to have a game that is a pure lighthearted and fun experience without pulling the rug from under your feet.

Release will include 2 levels with (at least) 50 flowers to eat in total. Updates are planned for the future, but that likely won't be for a while. After I release this project, I will likely watch for any feedback and bugs reported to me through Newgrounds and fix it in patches. After that, I will take a small hiatus from the project to focus back on music. After that, I will start development on the 2nd update.
