I recently went to the Atacama desert in Chile to get a behind the scenes look at this new $2,000,000,000 observatory (Vera Rubin) and what I saw genuinely blew my mind!
They gave us full access to the facility and you actually won’t believe how cool this place is!

I recently achieved a long-term bucket list item of mine, visiting CERN in Geneva, Switzerland! I remember learning about the truly mind blowing particle physics happening at CERN during high school and I always dreamt of visiting one day!
I really wanted to make an engaging video that told the story of CERN in a very visual and easy to understand way. These topics are at the cutting edge of fundamental research and have a tendency to be confusing for most people, but I think we did an amazing job at stripping away those barriers and explaining it in a way anyone can understand!
Did you know that there is a special point just outside the event horizon of a Black Hole where light can orbit? If you were frozen there and looked around, you would even be able to see yourself floating right beside you!

Do you know the story of how Galileo was locked up for his discovery that the Universe did not revolve around the Earth? It's one of the most interesting and saddening stories in all of science and one I think more people need to hear!
