Background:
Chef Amelia is renowned for her secret recipe of a special dish called "Elysian Delight". One day, she realizes that her recipe book is missing. She recalls seeing it last in her restaurant's kitchen, but now it’s gone. Chef Amelia has five employees who were in the kitchen around the time the book disappeared: Alex, Brooke, Charlie, Dana, and Evan. Each one of them gives a statement about the incident:
1. Alex: "I didn't take the recipe book. I saw Charlie with it."
2. Brooke: "I didn't take it. Dana did."
3. Charlie: "I didn't take it. I don't even know where it was kept."
4. Dana: "I didn't take it. Alex is lying when he says he saw me with it."
5. Evan: "I didn't take it. I saw Brooke sneaking around the kitchen."
Puzzle Objective:
Identify who took the recipe book. Note that only one of the employees is lying, and the rest are telling the truth.
