Hi everyone, It's Tahri. My previous alias & username was Drom, I was a KU, CoS and Roblox content creator for a long while before i ultimately quit and took a long hiatus over a multitude of things. I am not making this post out of pressure, This is completely on my terms
For starters, I have so many regrets and so much stuff on my shoulder that has been making me struggle for months now. I was introduced to the internet at a young age without supervision. The internet was my escape from reality while i was dealing with childhood issues. upon this i got into some bad communities, made bad friends and did a lot of stupid things which severely affected my behavior and who i was online to the people i shared communities with. However i had a big passion for creating things for people to enjoy
If i could go back and start my content creating journey when i was young again i'd do it without being toxic, unpleasant, inappropriate and immature.
To the people i mistreated during my time as a content creator, I apologize. Although i consider myself to be very well mannered and thoughtful in real life, Online i was a completely different person - I did not take my online reputation or peoples feelings seriously, I was egotistical, emotional, selfish and amidst all of these things, I was being groomed and taken advantage of by many members within the communities i shared. Members, Staff members, Developers, Game owners- So many people that made my mental health decline and my addictions and issues rise.
it feels as I've made countless mistakes, However there's one thing i want to make the most importantly clear Despite the many allegations, I have never once groomed or emotionally/sexually harassed or abused anyone. Though me being groomed was 'normalized' to myself & i would even seek it, My stance was always that i wanted to protect children and didn't want their innocence to be ruined, Which unfortunately OTHER Kaiju Universe & Roblox Content Creators that are still popular failed to do.
Even though i made a lot of mistakes i still give myself a pat on the back for genuinely worrying about the younger people in my audience and communities than other content creators and peers ever did. There are many, many people in the Kaiju community that i felt have wronged me which i would like to avoid, but I do want to forgive and move on even if things feel unresolved. Forgiveness is free, Grudges cost you a lot.
Roblox and Discord is an unsafe platform at times Your mental health, Innocence and future most importantly is in jeopardy more often than not and if anyone here is reading this and you relate to me, It's not to late to change for the better. Stay away from bad influences, bad people and areas that stress you out. If you're young, Don't take my path. Be nice, Forgiving and stay away from drama.
I was a bad person, And i still am in areas however i'm trying my best to change and that is what matters And i would like another chance as well. You don't have to agree with me, Or like me, But i just ask that you allow me to continue to change for the better
I want to express my creativity again and make more content, And if i do in the future, I'll probably go through a rebranding so that my channel feels more like *me*. And for those confused, The reason i changed my username so many times was 1. To avoid the drama that came with my name 2. Other content creators that had bad reputation also had the username "Drom"/"Dromey" 3. I stopped liking it.
