Hello chess lovers, my name is Suren and this is my chess channel. I am uploading chess videos which I am recording not only at home or in chess clubs but also in the wilderness at the highest possible summits! In my chess channel you can find games starting from the oldest known one up to the recently played. Usually I am preferring to publish games which are played in a sharp attacking style with many sacrifices, although games with super solid defense are not exceptions! I also like publishing chess puzzles and problems which require unique and creative approaches which sometimes even for modern chess computers are becoming a real headache! All these I am trying to provide in a concise way without delving too deep into the jungle of endless chess variations. Be sure that with my channel you will not feel bored and will greatly improve your chess! Thanks for tuning in I hope that together we will get bigger and will promote this beautiful game!

Magnus Carlsen left the World Rapid and Blitz Chess Championship after being disqualified for a dress code violation for wearing jeans, which are prohibited under FIDE's regulations. After round seven, Carlsen was fined $200 for wearing jeans. When given an ultimatum to change before round nine or face not being paired, he refused. Chief Arbiter Alex Holowczak clarified that Carlsen was not expelled from the tournament and could still play in round 10, but by then, Carlsen had already made his decision.
During an interview, Carlsen commented:
"I said I'll change tomorrow... but they said you have to change now, and it became a matter of principle for me, so here we are! Honestly, I'm too old at this point to care too much. If this is what they want to do, I'll probably head somewhere with nicer weather."
