Beloved friends,
I write to you all with an overwhelming amount of gratitude flowing from my heart. Today, this channel got fully monetized! This is such a huge accomplishment and means so very much.
This milestone was not possible without the help of everyone here. You all see something in what I'm doing here. You taken the time to subscribe, watch, and engage with the videos that I put out. Thank you so much.
A special thank you to the three members of the channel, @davidh2598 @chris.p.scents and @matt4590 . You three have gone even further in the investment of this channel, and I'm so grateful.
Side note, there will be ads running now on the videos. This is how I get income now. I know they can be a deterrent, but they are necessary for me to keep this running!
Now that this channel will start making revenue, it further enables me to continue creating and pouring into this. This is my day job. I have some awesome things planned for the future that I think will really be unique and beneficial for our community. I believe I am doing something different here and I aim to make an impact in this community. I believe you all feel the same way.

Thank you to those who chimed in on the background music feedback. It was incredibly helpful.
As the channel continues to grow I want to make sure I'm providing a great experience for those that watch. The topic of today is...
RETENTION and WATCH TIME
As I look at the analytics of the videos I put out, I'm noticing that the average watch length is about 30% of the video. With this information I ask the question, "What could I do to keep you all and those new to the channel engaged for at least 50% of the video? Preferably the entirety, but 50% is a great first step.
I also have to note that I don't know if it's subscribers or non-subscribers that watch a particular length.
Regardless, I'd be curious to know how I can serve you all better! Please comment your thoughts below. I do read and consider it all!
