Paul Cafcae is an unlikely rock ’n’ roller. Born sometime in the ’70s, somewhere in the Soviet Union, he wandered the globe with no particular plan, eventually ending up in Ontario, Canada.

His music has been called indie rock, folk, jazz, rockabilly, bluegrass, pop, and punk, usually by people trying to make sense of it. With no two records sounding alike, the only constant is a stubborn disregard for how things are supposed to be done.
