These are Africa's top military powers... Africa's military landscape reflects diverse capabilities shaped by history, resources, and regional challenges. Egypt leads with its formidable air force and U.S.-backed arsenal, while Algeria's robust defense spending secures its position. South Africa combines technological sophistication with battle-tested tactics, as Nigeria leverages its economic power for military might. Morocco's modernization efforts and Angola's post-civil war investments have strengthened their forces considerably. Ethiopia's large standing army, Tunisia's specialized units, Kenya's counter-terrorism expertise, and Libya's extensive equipment reserves complete this powerful lineup of continental defenders shaping Africa's security landscape.

Is President Donald Trump a blessing in disguise or a curse for Africans?
Unless you’ve been living under a rock in a cave, you most certainly have heard about the recent impact of the US president’s decisions and executive orders across the globe with Africa seeming to be high up on his agenda. Last time he refered to us as shithole countries, this time he’s deporting thousands of African illigal immigrants and cutting USAID that funds humanitarian action around the world with Africa being the number one beneficiary.
Mainstream media has been running helta scelta all week, CNN, BBC, FRANCE 24, ALJAZEERA, you name it, have all been scandalized at this and I quote “huge blow to humanitarian relief”. But is it really? Is it truly a disaster of epic proportions as we’re made to believe?
We as Africans know that aid rarely reaches the people who need it the most, it’s an open secret that the money often ends up in the pockets of our currupt leaders. With this in mind is it not safe to say most Africans will not feel the pinch of this cut?
Many Africans agree that this so called “AID” has been a tool used by western imperialists to control African leaders and keep African countries under the thumb of colonizers. If this is the case then Trump is certainly doing Africa a favour.
Of course certain programs on the continent will no doubt suffer from the lack of funds, as a small amount goes into HIV Relief and Education initiatives but I wonder who will suffer more, African leaders or the masses. If you can answer that, you’ll know if cutting USAID is a blessing or a curse.
What’s your take on this? Let us know in the comment section below

The youngest African President is not one to talk and not act. He has been making strategic moves since he took office and the most recent one is leaving ECOWAS for good and that came with ditching the regional organization’s passport for the new AES passport Burkina Faso will have with Mali and Niger .
And this is just the beginning, these new generation African leaders have started a revolution in the minds of young Africans that will change the world.
President Ibrahim Traore and the other AES leaders are giving western imperialists a run for their money while schooling the old African puppet presidents at the same time. This is why he’s being called the most liked president in Africa.
