I'm a retired Asian American that takes extensive solo trips to southeast Asia. I'm sharing some of my observations.

I travel on public transportation, eat local foods and carry everything in a backpack. I enjoy and take pride in meeting different people from different cultures.

I've noticed certain aspects of Southeast Asian culture that are very different from our western society and I would like to bring it to light.

Also I've met expats that have a delusion of what southeast Asians are really like. As both, an American and southeast Asian, I'm trying to close the gap in the difference of cultures. Some of my perspectives may be offensive to some but they represent the truth that I observed. I apologize if I offend anyone, but the truth is the truth.

My goal is to present this to the western world in a lite and enjoyable way with a little humor.
