I wanted to take a moment to share what happened with today’s planned live stream.
I had announced that I would be going live from the New York Public Library to celebrate National Puzzle Day after being invited by the marketing director, who had seen my Mummers Parade coverage. I was so excited that I even bought a puzzle to get into the spirit.
Unfortunately, once I arrived, I learned that filming—especially live streaming—wasn’t permitted. My contact was not aware of this. Because of this misunderstanding, I had to remove the scheduled live stream. I won’t lie—I was disappointed, but I understand that sometimes plans don’t work out.
Thankfully, Super Friend @nacionnyc was there to support me and help take photos, which I’m sharing with you. A big thank-you as well to Patrick for creating the thumbnail.
Thank you, SuperFriends, for your understanding and continued love. Happy National Puzzle Day!
I’ll be “burying” the puzzle I bought when I get home. 😊

Thirteen days before the highly anticipated December 31 Times Square New Year’s Eve celebrations, the giant, seven-foot-tall numerals for “2026” arrived in Times Square on the Broadway Plaza between 46th and 47th Streets today, Thursday, December 18 at 11:00 a.m.
The numerals will stay on the plaza and members of the public will have the opportunity to take photos with them until 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 23. Afterwards, the numerals will take a short rest before being placed atop One Times Square, officially completing the “2-0-2-6” sign that will light up at midnight on December 31.
