Punjab Youth Leaders Program (www.pylp.in) is a two-year full time leadership development program which brings together individuals who have shown exceptional leadership potential. During these two years, the PYLP Fellows work towards improving the quality of government schools in Punjab. In the process, they get an opportunity to grow by building their own leadership competencies. The aim of the program is to create and nurture a strong community of future leaders who will have the required understanding and competencies to initiate systemic change in Punjab.

PYLP is the flagship program of Sanjhi Sikhiya Foundation, a registered Section 8 non-profit company which is a collective of passionate individuals committed to transform Punjab into a land of Hope, Courage and Possibilities.
