After rising from the dead, all authority in heaven and earth has been given to Jesus, and He commissioned us to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)

He is the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). So will you continue living according to your own will, or will you seek his will for you?

My entire weightlifting journey.

Before, I lifted for my own glory. Now I glorify Him in my body. “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body.” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

To me, this verse made me realize that I will only have one body in my entire life, so I have to make the most out of it. That it is my duty with His strength to unlock my full potential and be a walking testimony of how the Lord designed us. “I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; that know very well.” (Psalm 139:14)

All glory to God for this transformation, I could not have done it without Him.

My life when I was denying Christ

Before Him I was hopeless, depressed, lost, lonely, anxious, envious, and doubtful. I thought my plans were greater than His, and through getting everything I ever wanted, I became everything I never wanted.

“Whoever denies me before others, I will also deny before my Father in Heaven.” (Matthew 10:33)

All roads lead back to Christ. Repent, surrender, and live out everyday asking yourself, “what would Jesus do?”

Yesterday was my 22nd birthday, so I decided to share the 10 most important life lessons I learned at 21 years old.

From living a fast-paced life in prior years, 21 was a year where the Lord pulled me out of this world, and began walking with me on a path to salvation.

For those of you who don’t know my testimony, I had it all. I had all the followers, money, views, and everything in between. It wasn’t always like this, so I truly believed that all my answers were getting answered. Quickly, everything I ever wanted became everything I never wanted.

In my chase of success, I began to suffer from severe stress, anxiety, depression, fear, doubt, worry, and lonliness. I stepped away from spending time with family, friends, the gym, the Lord and even myself. Yet I justified all of this because hard work takes sacrifice and everything on paper looked great.

Which is true, to an extent. If the Lord isn’t truly at the center of your life, it will crumble apart. I had a severe nervous system crash on September 26th, 2025 and fully surrendered my life to Him on November 9th, 2025. I gave everything to Him-everything.

I placed Him at the center, and He gave me everything that I lost and more. Today I am 22 years old and I am still pursuing my social media career, but instead of doing it for my own benefit, it’s all for His kingdom.

30 days. All it takes is 30 days

Within these past 30 days we have reinforced an even stronger foundation with the lord, dropped 10 lbs of body fat, bought a new car, fully built my startup @getcentered.app (launching to ios soon), generated tens of millions of views with my agency and inspired tens of thousands of young adults to lock in.

A new level of discipline and obedience to the lord has been unlocked. I learned that instead of trying harder to “lock in” with our own strength, we need to take this desire to the lord and lean on him harder. Having full confidence that he will give us the strength to lock in.

Phillipians 4:13 says “I can do all things through christ who strengthens me”. Have faith in that.

I also wouldn’t have made it to day 30 without each and every one of you. Your comments and dms have helped me persevere through times of doubt, fear, stress, discomfort and thoughts of giving up. I cannot put into words the amount of love I have for this community.
