Once upon a time, in a vibrant forest, a peacock and a crow became friends. They both longed for something special to happen in their lives, and one fateful day, they each made a wish to the forest spirits. The crow wished for a nest full of chicks, while the peacock wished to grow the most magnificent feathers anyone had ever seen.

Months passed, and the crow excitedly announced, "My nest is filled with little ones! They’ve already hatched, and soon they’ll be flying around." The peacock congratulated the crow with a smile but remained focused on its own wish, even though there was no immediate sign of change.

A few more months passed, and the crow had another set of chicks. It boasted, "Look at my family! They’re growing so fast, already soaring through the skies. Why isn’t anything happening with you?"

The peacock, still waiting patiently, responded with grace, "What I’m wishing for is not something that comes quickly. I am waiting for something extraordinary."

Years went by, and the crow raised many families, each time calling out to the peacock, wondering why nothing had come of the peacock’s wish. But one morning, as the sun rose over the horizon, the forest stirred with whispers and excitement. The peacock unfurled its wings, revealing a breathtaking display of vibrant colors that shimmered in the sunlight. Every creature in the forest stopped in awe, captivated by the beauty of its feathers.

The crow, astonished, said, "All this time, I thought nothing was happening for you."

The peacock smiled softly and replied, "You see, what I was waiting for was something rare and magnificent. While your wish came quickly, mine took time. But when it finally appeared, it was worth every moment of patience."

The forest animals gathered around the peacock, marveling at the sight. The crow, humbled, learned an important lesson that day: "What comes quickly may bring joy, but what is extraordinary takes time to bloom."

The peacock continued, "Everyone has their own path and timing. What we carry within us is unique. So, never compare your journey to someone else’s. When your time comes, it will be special in its own way."

And so, the forest thrived with life, each creature appreciating the beauty of their own journey, knowing that great things, no matter how long they take, are always worth the wait.
