According to Hov, relationships fell apart when love songs switched from “Cater 2 U” vibes to “WAP era mentality.” In simple terms, he’s saying people moved from serving, supporting, and building each other… to selfishness, ego, and entitlement. Back then, love was about partnership, sacrifice, patience and growth. Now? Many relationships are full of pride, competition, lack of respect, and zero willingness to work things out. Maybe Jay-Z has a point… because today, people leave instead of fixing things. Relationships crash faster than they start.
