Well guys, you pushed, and I have done it, 😆 🤣. 52 rings off my jars that were in the pantry. To be honest most of the time they just end up there because we are in a hurry. But now they are all off. No popped lids, no rust thank goodness. So the pantry should be good. Now on to filling up some of those blank spots that still remain. For anyone that is unsure what I am referring, in my most recent video I found a jar that had unsealed and rusted and I mentioned that they shouldn't stored with their rings on. And you guys noticed how many were still on and now the problem fixed. Thank you to everyone who watches along and for hyping the pantry restock video. It crept up well and I am so pleased. Here we go! Final weekend of Craft Markets for 2025. We have madly been working to refill the dryer ball stash and I have made 4, hopefully it will be 5, new pairs of mittens (all from handspun, handdyed fibre grown right here on the farm) and I finally got some of my greeting cards framed to show an example of what could be done with them! (They are for sale of course). Hopefully, we shall see some of you in Brockville on Saturday and our local Arbru on Sunday. Be sure to say Hi.

So this year, when the question came up I figured I would share it. It is so wonderful to have built such an encouraging and supportive community. We really do appreciate you all! I am also going to share our mailing address in this post for a very short time for those that would simply like to send a card. Honestly, I miss the days of having a wall filled with Christmas cards, there was something special about that. We do not have a PO box and they are quite expensive, so that is why I am not going to leave our address up for too long.
Thank you so much for all you guys do to keep us going here. The encouragement keeps us filming and the youtube cheques, no matter how small, help keep the farm going.

Today, the kitchen is converted into a quilting room. As I am working away on Christmas placemats, I want to say a huge thank you to all my subscribers for the views and hypes on my recent pantry tour video. It is at almost 19k hype points, a long way from the leader board, but still very special to me. Unfortunately, I can't see where the votes have come from, so I shall share my thanks here. Thank you so much to everyone for the feedback on the "hype" feature that is new on youtube. I figured it out, so I see it now. Unfortunately, it seems to only be available when I watch videos on my private account, not my actual channel, which is interesting (I am not super computer savvy, 😆). I was surprised how many people see it and have hit it for me. ❤️ much love. If you hype a video in the future, definitely leave a comment as well so I can thank you as it doesn't show who hypes. I am absolutely loving, hav8ng my youtube groove back and have so many ideas for content. The lists keep growing, so stay tuned.

Hey Guys, A subscriber was nice enough to comment that they had "hyped" my video. This is a new feature being rolled out by Youtube as a way to help promote your favourite small creators. (it should show up next to the thumbs up and ask buttons I believe) I have yet to find a single video that shows me the button to even hit it, lol. Have you seen it on any of my videos? I wonder if I don't see it because I am in Canada. Any input here is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, Steph

Huge parsley harvest this morning. I can't believe we are still harvesting so much from the garden, and it is almost November! Wait till you see all the peppers! This weekend is our last craft market, and then it is back to videos and trying to organize my kitchen as it is full of buckets of produce from the garden (photos to come). Hope everyone is having an amazing fall season so far.

It has been a quiet week for videos, but I have still been busy busy. This weekend, we are to be a vendor at the Women In Homesteading conference, and the week has been full of prep work and last-minute creativity. If you happen to be near Marmora this Saturday, pop in and say hi! The seminars are sold out, but the vendors are free to visit. I'm looking forward to it.
