Hi all,
I am a mum first, a lifelong learner, entreprenuer and educator second and the rest of my time is spent trying to help others and make an impact as the owner of Director of Anyiwaya Education Services.
I am eternally curious, this channel provides:
- teachings about the VET sector;
- lots of free professional development for VET practitioners and RTOs;
- interviews with a wide range of VET and RTO professionals so that you can see what good conversations in VET look like
- the importance of why, passion and purpose in life; and
- my personal thoughts and developing understanding of some of the challenging issues including the deep importance of free speech, supporting equality, combating racism and bias and how I am trying to continue and engage in curious, respectful and civil dialogue.

Happy International Women's Day.
My grandmother was a child of the greatest generation, her grandmother had no right to vote, today in Australia, we have the right to choose, bodily autonomy, the right to vote, the ability to choose if we want to work or be a stay at home mum. We run companies, we care for our children, we travel, we go to church, we choose how we want to dress. We are so fortunate.
We can do better, in remote communities in Australia we need to protect our women and children bettter, we can do better in education and we can show the world that while we are not perfect, what we have achieved so far, is better than we have achieved previously. Rather than fund ourselves short of the utopian ideal, today, I celebrate how far we have come and how lucky we are. Knowing that we can achieve anything.
Thank you to all the women that work with me, that laugh with me, I love you all. I love your strength, your courage, your diversity, your beauty, your wisdom, your kindess and warmth.

How can assessment be done differently?
We have designed the SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, specifically for international students, with the chefs and students in mind.
With 86 carefully researched and prepared recipes so that chefs can focus on what they excel at: teaching students to create beautiful dishes and learn to love cooking.
Along with theory assessments, practical observations and recipe jobcards that students complete to capture performance evidence, we are so proud to be able to offer assessments that are contextualised, easy to use and compliant.
