Hi everyone! 👋 Hope your Tuesday is treating you well.
I just posted a reel about the "Puffy Face Detox Drink," but since it’s evening, here is a prevention hack you can do TONIGHT so you don't wake up puffy tomorrow.
💡 The Pillow Trick:
When you go to bed tonight, try sleeping on your back with an extra pillow to keep your head slightly elevated.
Why?
If you sleep flat (or on your stomach), fluid pools in your face due to gravity. Elevating your head helps lymphatic drainage happen naturally while you sleep.
Do this tonight + try the Cucumber Drink tomorrow morning. No puffiness guaranteed! 🌙

Welcome to December, Ladies!|
Kal se official "Party Season" shuru ho raha hai.
And as your Dietitian, I don't want you to starve.
I want you to ENJOY.
Here is my "Party Armor" Rule for December:
1) The Pre-Game Snack:
Party mein jane se pehle, eat 10 Almonds or 1 small bowl of Curd.
Why? If you arrive hungry, you will attack the fried snacks first. If you are 20% full, you will make better choices.
2) The "One Sweet" Rule:
Don't eat 5 different sweets. Pick your FAVORITE one (Gajar Halwa/Cake) and eat a full portion guilt-free. Skip the boring ones.
3 The "Day After" Detox:
If you ate heavy tonight, start the next morning with Jeera Water
* Do not skip breakfast!

🍫 THE VIRAL "DABBA-EMPTYING" MURMURA BAR RECIPE!
You guys asked for it in the comments, so here is the written recipe for my subscribers! ❤️
⚠️ WARNING: It’s addictive but 100% Dietitian Approved.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup Murmura (Puffed Rice) - Dry roast for crunch
• 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate (70%+) - Melted
• 2 tbsp Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)
• 1 scoop Whey Protein (Chocolate/Vanilla)
• 1 tbsp Mixed Seeds (Pumpkin/Sunflower)
Walnuts for garnish
METHOD:
1️⃣ Mix melted chocolate, nut butter, and whey until smooth.
2️⃣ Fold in roasted Murmura and seeds gently.
3️⃣ Transfer to a parchment-lined container/mold.
4️⃣ Freeze for 20 mins until set.
5️⃣ Cut into bars & ENJOY!
