âś… Get certified through QuickBooks as a bookkeeper, to learn the foundation.
âś… Get certified as a QBO ProAdvisor
âś… Work under another bookkeeper as a contractor
âś… Network and get inside the communities you want to serve
âś… Learn from YouTube and real experiences
âś… THEN get clear on your offers
Honestly?
I would not spend a lot of money upfront.
That was one of my biggest mistakes…investing too early instead of building experience first.
Start with the foundation.
Start with what’s free.
Start with confidence in the work, not the tools.
Be smart and take your time. Being a great bookkeeper cannot be rushed.
