These apple crisp bowls make a yummy afternoon snack or a tasty dessert!

INGREDIENTS
5 Apple (cored, chopped) 5 cups Oats (rolled)
2/3 cup Maple Syrup
1 2/3 tbsps Cinnamon
10 cups Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt 2 1/2 cups Vanilla Protein Powder

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the apples, rolled oats, maple syrup,
protein powder and cinnamon.
2. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stiring often.
3. Scoop the yogurt into bowl. Top with the apple crisp mixture. Enjoy!
