Hello! I’m Muimi Nzangi, a Quantity Surveyor + Educator.
My goal here is to share as much as I have learned from the projects I have worked on and the various concepts I am continually researching and writing about. I work in the construction industry, managing construction projects for my clients and advising them on costs and project-based financial management.

As part of my research work, I am interested in the area of construction information management, particularly building information modelling. My past articles have been featured in “The BuildPress," a magazine by the Architectural Association of Kenya, and “The Quantity Surveyor," a journal by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya.

On this platform, I hope to share inspirations about my journey to motivate everyone here to give their best in everything they do as they build excellence with passion.
