Kimchi Galbi Grilled Sandwich Pop-Up in Zurich 🇨🇭 (19-20 Sep)

Thank you so much to everyone who came by and showed so much love. Because of you, all the sandwiches we prepared were sold out within just 2 hours every day. I'm really sorry to those who came later and couldn't get one... it broke my heart to see some of you leave disappointed after traveling so far. Next time, I'll make way more kimchi so you'll always be able to grab one!

This pop-up gave me so much good energy thanks to all of you!! I'm beyond grateful:) Also, thank you so much for the thoughtful gifts and letters. It was extra special to see a few familiar faces who had also visited my Seoul pop-up—so happy and grateful you came all the way to Switzerland too!

Also, huge thanks to @roter_delfin for providing the amazing drinks and helping us host this pop-up in such a beautiful space! It was so much fun working together, and I learned a lot from the experience.

See you at the next pop-up (most likely it'll be Korean-style pizza, like kimchi pizza)

너무 많은 관심과 찾아와주신 분들에게 너무 감사합니다. 그 덕분에 팝업 기간 내내 2시 간만에 준비해놓은 샌드위치가 솔드아웃이 되었습니다. 솔드아웃된 뒤에 오신분들에게 는 너무 죄송하다는 말씀드리고싶습니다.. 먼길 오셨을텐데 아쉬워하며 돌아가는 모습을 보며 너무 슬펐습니다.. 다음 팝업에는 최대한 김치 많이 만들어 놓고 언제든 와서 드실 수있게 준비해놓겠습니다!

팝업을 진행하며 여러분들에게 너무 좋고 많은 에너지 받고 갑니다!! 너무 감사드려요:) 선물들과 편지 등도 너무 감사드립니다! 또 서울에서 진행한 팝업에서 오신분들 몇분이 스위스 팝업이도 찾아와주셨는데 너무 반가웠고 고마웠습니다!

다음 팝업에 또 뵈어요~ (아마 다음 팝업은 김치 피자 등 한국식 피자가 될거같아요!)
