Hey guys, I've been pretty quiet on this channel because Chris Chan hasn't really posted in over a month. But I feel like this news is going to cause a stir and I want to prepare people for however it will manifest by breaking the news to those who aren't tuned in to the movie-news world.
If you've been a long time follower you might remember my collaborator, Eric, who's appeared in a few of my videos.
People have been begging for more Eric for years, so me and him launched a podcast called Slapendipity
This video just became my first to pass 1 million views. It's kind of hard for me to process that. Obviously I'm proud that something I put hours and hours of my life into has had so much success, but I'm also fully aware that its boom in popularity is due in part to the crimes Chris committed after I made the video. My words at the end of the video that Chris can be seen as the world's most plain "everyman" aged like milk.
Still, I'm happy that I have such a supportive audience, and I hope that you all can be patient for the follow up. I promised in this video that I would make an updated video in 2022. I had no idea at the time that the next 6 months would be some of the most intense months in Chris' life. That video will come out, it'll just be a little longer than I thought.
I've hinted toward this a few times, but the day has finally arrived. For the next 24 days I'll be releasing a "CWCism Advent Calendar" series of YouTube shorts, where each day I'll release a short video going over a word or phrase coined by goddess blue heart. Today's first video will start with the letter "A", and each day I'll release the next letter of the alphabet.
(Obviously there's 26 letters of the alphabet, so some days will have double uploads)
If you're wondering why my output has been so light lately, this is why! It'll totally be worth it! rr--right guys?

From now until December 7th, the website Rakuten is featuring a referral program that can get you $40 cash back from purchases from various online stores. If you sign up as a new customer using someone's referral link and spend $40 or more dollars, you and they both get $40 back.
The site is very similar to Honey, which I'm sure more people are familiar with. I'm not sponsored by them in any way and they didn't even reach out to me to endorse them, but I use their service figured I'd share that this is a good way to save some money when Christmas shopping.
If you sign up with my referral link then you'll be eligible for the $40. You could then make your own link and make some money back by sharing yours with your friends. It's pretty neat.
Normally I would keep smaller updates like this to twitter, but this has serious ramifications: Reddit has discovered the hotel Chris is staying at. At least one user is currently there and has filmed Chris walking outside. I would say Chris is in a moderate amount of danger from any internet lunatic who might want to confront him. It's not good. The police know he's staying there. Just let them handle things.

Chris Chan's pretrial hearing was supposed to be this morning at 10:00 Eastern.
TheRalphRetort went to the court house where Chris' hearing was supposed to take place and the clerk there told him it was postponed.
We don't know when it'll be, but they told him that info should be available to the public sometime later today or tomorrow morning at the latest.
Postponing this kind of hearing is not uncommon and I don't think there's any reason to speculate on it.
