Alright, I’ll admit it… I’ve been a bit slack with updates lately.
Not “lost at sea” slack, but definitely “I’ll post tomorrow” slack… for several tomorrows 😅
But good news — I’m officially back!

🔥 Hellfire (Westmoreland St)
🥩 Entrecôte Dublin — the restaurant that opened on Sept 25, 2025… and then pulled a disappearing act about 3 weeks later.

I reviewed the H10 White Suites in Playa Blanca last year, and I’ve gone back to see what it’s like in the cooler season — that video is on the way too.

So I went to Maccas to try their Global Heist Menu, unfortunatley they didnt have any of the Austrailian Pineapple McSpicy chicken burgers, which was a bit of a disappointment, Oh Well.

Tody I'm going to one of the best seafood restaurants in Dublin.
