I have been on staff with NCAA Division I Men’s Volleyball for the past 23 years. I began my journey with John Speraw in 2003 at UC Irvine. We won 3 National Championships 2007, 2009 and 2012. In 2013 , we moved over to John’s Alma mater, 19 time National Championships program, UCLA. Al Scates retired after the 2012 season. Fast forward to 2023, we won the first of two back to back National Championship’s 2023 & 2024. Some of the best times of my life for sure.
