Just uploaded a new video that wont be out for a bunch of weeks on Catwoman. I really enjoyed making the video, I talk about 2 different versions of the comicbook and then compare it to the bag of fetid crap that is Catwoman 2004. Guess who flagged the video for Copyright? Warner Bros. I explained that the clips were in less than a third of video, were all less than ten seconds, used no sound and clearly fall under fair use since this is not something that can substitute for the actual movie AND provides commentary thereby transforming the content. They rejected this.

They didnt explain why. They dont care.

Now Im not crying about this. My channel is not yet monetized and the video is not blocked so it will be posted at some point and I will never monetize it so that Warner Bros wont make money off of it either. I'm posting this because Warner Bros is a greedy gross parasite of a company to do this. And Youtube's content moderation is a joke. Fairuse is a myth crushed by monied interests. The amount of fake AI created ads on youtube with politicians in handcuffs I see, the very obvious scam commercials they take money for and foist on their users is disgusting. And to help crush independant media which is supposedly what their platform is for is disturbing.

At the end of the day Catwoman is a POS movie and I had fun ripping it apart. And in a few weeks when I post it, you can all enjoy me pointing out the bag of soiled cinematic kitty litter Warner Bros made twenty years ago, killing off the idea of a solo Catwoman movie, like they killed off their own cinematic universe by making terrible movies. Lol

Funny how this weeks Batman video wasnt flagged🤔 Maybe their thin skin didnt like me being honest about how bad Catwoman was. Tough cookies.

Hey peoples:) I just realized there is an edit error in the new Video Zorro is Batman's Daddy that went up today. It was just a loud piece of music tbat was meant to be cut anyway, I just missed it. So I pulled the video so I can mix it down properly. Im pretty happy with this video and I want it to be right. It should be back up in a couple hours all fixed. Hope you enjoy it.

Hey lovely people! Tomorrow a new video goes up about James Cameron's the Abyss and the comic adaptation of it. I'm excited for you all to see it! But I will also have a second video go up on our Patreon channel:D Dont worry, its NOT behind a paywall, its on the free tier. But it will be early released for my Patreon members first.

Its going to be part of a playlist I am calling Ramblings which is basically a bin for me to put all my random video ideas that dont fit into Microgenres or Pagemasters, etc. The first three going up are all more like vlog style content, an unboxing (sort of), some books on my to read list and this one tomorrow is about Easter Eggs people might have seen in my store before it closed.

So if you're a youtube subscriber and here for movie content, this will be more of a personal look into part of my life not really discussed on the channel. And for my comic shop people, I'm excited to share this with you. These Easter Eggs are just items you might have never know were in the shop or why they were in the shop.

So that means the next couple weeks I will be posting two videos a week, one delayed by a week on Patreon before going up on youtube! I dont kniw how long I can keep that up for, but its gonna be fun while it lasts:)

Sorry for no video this week. Usually they are scheduled and ready to go, but this week for some reason I just missed scheduling something. Weird. And I would normally try to remedy that fast by putting in a different video, but I got sick, my wife got sick, my kid got sick and I just didnt have the energy:(
