This the aspired essence of this channel - a haven where the beauty of Swiss mountains meets my passion for hiking and filmmaking. Based in Bern, I present you with the enchanting tranquility of the mountains through my lens and music. There is no team involved, I do everything by myself, hiking, filming, editing and scoring the music.
My slower video output is a result of my dedication to detail: each frame you witness, each melody you hear, is personally crafted by me, ensuring an experience that should be worth the wait.
With my movies I try to capture the feeling that I experience while hiking, and bring it to you in as pure a way possible. This feeling is best described as "Zen".

Just came back from my first hike in a while. Everything was great - except for the weather. I have all the video material necessary to produce a new hiking video, but I will instead go out there again, on a day with more sunshine, and reshoot all of it. I am extremely grateful for all of you supporting me. You are literally making it possible for me to have these amazing experiences, and in turn, I work hard on sharing them with you as well as I can. We are closing in on 30k subscribers, and all I can say is thank you so much.
This week, I felt the urge to go out again, as we had this classic inverted athmospheric condicionts, where the valleys have cold and bad weather, but on the mountaintops it's sunny and fairly warm. I completed a 2 day trip with a fantastic camp on a mountaintop and a sunrise that was out of this world.
Any suggestions for a fitting title for the upcoming video?

Thank you all for 20k Subscribers! Last week I headed out for another hike, probably the last one before winter kicks in. This one is not a Via Ferrata, it's a clean, unknown alpine-style climb in the beautiful Bernese Oberland, very close to my hometown Grimmialp.

Digging through some pictures from the Cabin. This is before the renovation in 1981, where there was only space for 4 people to sleep. Also found a picture of my dad doing the same tour back in the days.
