Hey everyone update on "snowpocalypse" here. How are you all doing? Forecast was for 2-6 inches and looks like it was more like 2, thankfully. We had fierce winds last night which made it hard to sleep and the tankless water heater has frozen so we have to wait for the thaw on that. I made a "Katrinka Snowpocalypse Sando" and a "Katrinka Snowpocalypse mini Bagel", made with the chicken salad (and I put everything bagel seasoning on the mini bagel). I woke up to the streets, sidewalks, and driveways plowed so that was nice! Prayers for you all!

Well, it just started snowing here, so I did what I needed to do: I made "Katrinka's Snowgeddon Chicken Salad". LOL !! And of course Cedric and Pippin are ready with their matching fleece jackets. How are you all doing?
