The Futsal Cup has been fully expanded to mirror real-life formats across all six confederations, with UEFA having up to five qualifying rounds! Over 100 affiliated teams will compete in this major event. A total of 23 teams will qualify for the finals, joined by one automatically qualified host selected from any of the six confederations. Matches in this event tend to be higher-scoring.

Spain and Argentina must be drawn into opposite paths (Either Group A,B,C,J,K,L or D,E,F,G,H,I) so they cannot meet before the final if they win their groups. The same goes for France (3rd) and England (4th).
The playoff teams cannot be grouped with teams from a confederation they defeat in the playoffs. If Bolivia defeats Suriname and Iraq, they will not be drawn with teams from AFC and CONCACAF.

The WC 2026 hosts Canada, Mexico, and the USA are now pre-assigned to specific groups: Canada in Group B, Mexico in Group A, and the USA in Group D. This setting can be customized in the editor.
