I was raised on a farm in a small border town between North and South Carolina on food that was simple, seasoned right, and meant to be shared. Now I split time between my family farm and the South Carolina coast—both still shaping how I cook.

As a career educator, experienced caterer, and public speaker, I create step-by-step cooking videos with hopes to help others feel confident in the kitchen. My demos are filmed close-up and focused on the food, not me.

I believe in the Southern way of entertaining, where food is at the heart of every gathering. Many of my recipes come from generations of home cooks and my beloved collection of old church cookbooks.
