Together We Rise - WinVinaya InfoSystems
From Access to Independence
This month at WinVinaya, we turned digital friction into operational readiness for our clients β across analytics, QA and content:
π Unlocking hidden business value: transforming locked-out, non-compliant dashboards into clear insights every stakeholder β including those using assistive technology β can act on independently.
π Speed without hidden risk: combining AI-powered test automation with rigorous human expertise to compress release cycles, close blind spots, and protect your brand β because confident AI outputs arenβt always correct ones.
π Inclusive enablement: converting untagged, screen-reader-hostile documents into WCAG-compliant, screen-reader-ready assets that unlock productivity and full participation.
Every fix we ship turns a compliance gap into a capability, mitigates regulatory and legal risk, and lets diverse talent perform at their peak. Thatβs the business case for accessibility.
Newsletter: Volume 3 | Issue 5 | May 2026 Together We Rise - WinVinaya InfoSystems Inclusion does not happen by accident. It is built β one document, one workshop, one classroom at a time. This month, WinVinaya partnered with organisations creating real impact across the social sector. π With PACTA β making disability policy research fully accessible through WCAG 2.1 compliant remediation, verified by a visually impaired expert. Because inclusion must be part of the reading experience too. π€ With SVP India β helping NGO professionals use Gen AI to write stronger proposals, reports and outreach content using their own real work. Small teams. Bigger impact. π« With VAANI Deaf Children's Foundation β empowering educators to independently create inclusive learning materials for students with hearing impairment using AI tools. Building confidence that lasts beyond the programme. Three different interventions. One shared purpose. Making accessibility, Gen AI and inclusion work together for real change.
Three stories. One belief: technology should work for everyone.
73 students with hearing and speech impairments in rural Tamil Nadu went from near-zero digital skills to typing at 30 WPM, building GenAI prompts, and presenting live - in 7 months. Average scores moved from 15.8% to 74.5%.
We have audited 8 websites - uncovering critical WCAG 2.1 gaps, validated by persons with disabilities. Each client walked away with a clear, certified path to compliance.
20+ daily emails to leadership, replaced by one clean automated, consolidated report every morning. Built on Microsoft Power Automate. Zero manual effort.
Across classrooms, compliance, and operations, one principle holds: When technology is designed with intention, inclusion becomes foundation.
"I could code. That was enough."
That was Dharanipathy's mindset a year ago.
Accessibility? Inclusion?
Just HR buzzwords.
Then something changed.
He built a document remediation solution.
A visually impaired learner opened the file - and read it independently for the first time.
No help. No intermediary.
Just access.
That moment shifted everything.
- Enabled learners with visual impairment to access education independently
- Trained fresh graduates in Java, Selenium, Playwright and CI/CD
- Conducted WCAG accessibility testing for a financial services platform
- Trained Persons with Disabilities in Python and Flask development
- Completed the DAO Certification on NammAcademy
- And started learning sign language. Not because he had to, but because it mattered
"I stopped seeing inclusion as something I do for disabled people. I started seeing it as something I do with them."
This is what inclusion looks like in practice. Not policy.
Not intention.
When people are capable, systems must keep up. This monthβs stories show how thoughtful systemsβdigital, educational, and culturalβquietly unlock inclusion and scale: - How a ππππππ ππππππ πͺπΉπ΄ replaced scattered spreadsheetsβbringing clarity, coordination, and measurable cost savings - Why ππππππ-ππππ π ππ πππππππ begins with confidence and capability, not just technology - How ππππππππππππππ πππππππππ ππππ πππππ through real-world, user-led testing - What becomes ππππππππ ππππ πππππππππππππ ππ π πππππβthrough sign language, culture, and mutual respect
The Constitution of India promises equality, dignity, and participation . But these values become real only when systems are built so everyone can learn and contribute.
Marimuthu grew up with visual impairment in classrooms that werenβt designed for him. Access was limited, and learning was isolating. Equality existed in principle, but not yet in practice.
That changed in an inclusive school, where access was created without lowering expectations.
Years later, Marimuthu became the first in his family to earn a masterβs degree. Today, he trains students with visual impairment on digital skills and guiding them toward independence.
In those classrooms, he is not defined by disability. He is respected for what he contributes.
That is the Republic in action.
At WinVinaya, we connect education with skills and employability for persons with disabilities. Through WinVinaya InfoSystems, we help institutions build inclusion into their systemsβthrough assistive technology awareness, accessible learning materials, and train-the-trainer programs.
Because equality is not just written in the Constitution. It must be designed into everyday life.

Rajat is a teacher with hearing and speech impairment.
He uses Copilot to create visuals that make lessons clearer and more engaging for his students.
Suresh, also a person with hearing and speech impairment, uses ChatGPT to create a proposal for a middle school to introduce digital learning . In just a few minutes, AI helps him complete nearly 70% of the structure and language, while he adds his own thinking, context, and educational intent.
For both of them, AI is not about replacement.
It is about working smarter, faster, and with confidence.
Through its VidVruksha program, WinVinaya InfoSystems introduces AI as a learning and expression enablerβhelping teachers and students communicate ideas more clearly, reduce barriers, and participate meaningfully in classrooms.
This is how inclusion begins:
when technology supports thinking, not replaces it.
For Schools, Colleges & NGOs
VidVruksha empowers educators through train-the-trainer programs, enabling institutions to use AI responsibly to enhance teaching, learning, and digital readiness.

TOGETHER WE RISE WinVinaya InfoSystems Volume 6 | Issue 3 | March 2026
Inclusion isn't built in a single moment. It is built through systems, partnerships, and people who choose to grow.
This month, three stories reflect that belief in action.
β’ Accessibility embedded into regulated financial infrastructure - WCAG-aligned audits across Web, Android, and iOS ensured equal participation in capital markets, not just compliance.
β’ Inclusion scaled beyond the organisation - at the Coalition of the Willing in Delhi, WinVinaya InfoSystems joined a national movement, bringing grounded, tested models to a larger ecosystem.
β’ A developer's journey redefined - Dharanipathy came to write code. One year later, he was training Persons with Disabilities, remediating documents for visually impaired learners, and learning sign language. Inclusion had changed him.
When inclusion is the architecture, not the afterthought, its impact compounds.
