Before I understood my worth, I allowed things in dating, friendships and business because I hadn’t recognized when people valued access to me more than they valued me.
Some knew me when they needed a resource, connection, encouragement, information or simply what I could pour.
I learned: I am not a well from which everyone gets unlimited withdrawals.
In 2023, God began dealing with me about exclusivity. I was like, “Exclusivity? Huh?” 😂 Then I understood: Exclusive access. 🔐 I had given too many people access to me.
“My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me…” — Psalm 101:6 NKJV
There it is. The faithful may dwell with me. I don’t need a crowd. Numbers don’t mean nearly as much to me as loyalty. Give me the faithful few.
Everybody doesn’t get access to my space, heart, gifts, resources or me. That’s not arrogance. That’s stewardship.
Some access has been revoked. Some denied. Some doors permanently closed.
Not because I’m hurt. Because I’m healed.
This isn’t a wounded “you didn’t choose me” post. It’s a whole “I finally realized I have a choice too” post.
I’m grateful for every lesson—even betrayal, being cheated on, used, overlooked and the times I let myself down because I didn’t recognize my value.
Sometimes it’s time to trim the fat and leave the meat. I won’t allow anyone to stunt, stifle or slow my growth.
Sometimes people don’t recognize your worth until it’s too late. Remember: you have the option to choose, too. 👑🔐
Being treated like an option doesn’t mean I have to audition to become the choice. I get to exercise MY choice—and leave. 🎤
If you only recognize my value when you need to make a withdrawal, don’t be surprised when you discover the account has been closed. 💳🚫
No bitterness. No revenge. No hard feelings. Just boundaries.

Keeping your heart isn’t merely about romance. It’s guarding access to your heart, energy, gifts, resources, connections, wisdom and presence.

🗓️ On June 25, after wrapping my day on the set of Molehill Mountain, I was saying my goodbyes to a young lady I’d met earlier that week. As our conversation ended, I looked to my left…
…and there it was.
A beautiful rainbow on the television screen.
I couldn’t help but smile and whisper, “Thank You, God.”
🌈 Most people know the rainbow as God’s covenant in Genesis 9:13–15—His promise that He would never flood the earth again. But for me, when a rainbow appears at the most unexpected moments, it has become a personal reminder that God hasn’t forgotten me.
I'll admit - There are times when I feel forgotten, but God’s Word reminds me that He will never leave me nor forsake me (Hebrews 13:5). Sometimes, He reminds me through something as simple as a rainbow.
This leap-of-faith journey hasn’t been easy. Since leaving my job, there have been days when I’ve wondered if my feet would ever land where God has called me to be.
Just a few days before, on Sunday, June 21, I had one of those crying days.
Then God answered in His own way.
🙏🏾 He blessed me with a booked week—Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—all on set. And before that week ended, He gave me one more reminder: a rainbow.
That rainbow reminded me:
“You are not forgotten.”
📖 Immediately, Isaiah 60:22 came to my heart:
“At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”
🫰🏾✨ In that moment, I received the peace I needed to keep trusting God’s timing and His process. Galatians 6:9 reminds us not to grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up.
👉🏾 Right when I feel like I’m about to faint… God has a way of strengthening my faith.
This time, He used a rainbow. 🌈

Sexual Discipline Is Attractive | Why Abstinence Is Preservation, Not Deprivation
Sexual discipline is attractive — and I stand on that.
This message is not rooted in judgment. It’s rooted in truth, experience, and Scripture.
I’ve watched culture normalize undisciplined desire while ignoring the cost. And I’ve seen firsthand what a lack of restraint destroys — not just financially, but in marriage, integrity, image, and destiny.
This conversation isn’t about one person. It’s about principle.
When discipline is absent, the flesh takes over. And Scripture is clear about what that looks like.
📖 Galatians 5:19–21 (NIV) says the acts of the flesh are:
• sexual immorality • impurity • debauchery • idolatry • witchcraft • hatred • discord • jealousy • fits of rage • selfish ambition • dissensions • factions • envy • drunkenness • orgies • and the like
The Bible doesn’t sugarcoat it. And neither will I.
Sexual discipline isn’t deprivation. It’s preservation.
I also speak from personal experience as a woman who practices abstinence — and how quickly lack of restraint reveals intentions. When discipline isn’t present, attraction fades. Distance meets distance. And clarity follows.
This isn’t just about sex. It’s about every area where the flesh wants control.
📖 John 10:10 reminds us the enemy’s assignment has never changed — to steal, kill, and destroy — and he doesn’t care who he uses.

Grateful for the Rooms That Grew Me | Perfect Line & Scrambled Up Reflection | Stephanie Bloop
“Growth doesn’t always come from your performance — sometimes it comes from seeing someone else where you used to be.” ~Stephanie Bloop
My episode of The Perfect Line aired again on December 1st on the Game Show Network… and watching it back reminded me just how necessary this growth and gratitude moment truly was. I handled it with poise then — and with perspective now.
There are some rooms you walk into that end up teaching you more than you ever expected.
In July, Perfect Line taught me presence — how to stand in a moment even when the moment shakes you. Then August brought Scrambled Up, and with it, another lesson.
After her round, a contestant named Susan sat beside me. She missed a question and immediately started tearing herself down. I recognized that look — because I had just lived it on Perfect Line. And in that moment, God let me see myself… and see how far I’d actually come.
Scrambled Up didn’t teach me grace. Perfect Line did. Scrambled Up gave me the opportunity to give the grace I had learned the hard way.
Today, I’m grateful — not because I was perfect, but because each room prepared me for the next chapter God is writing.

Three years ago during BET Experience 2022, I met someone who checked every physical box — but the energy wasn’t covenant. It was chemistry without connection. That day, I chose me.
This video is about evolution — not attraction. It’s about self-worth, discipline, obedience, and abstinence with fruit.

Everything doesn’t have to be deep or heavy every time. Sometimes the assignment is to simply be present in the NEXT room… and show up with the same light, the same integrity, and the same boldness.
