Sexual Discipline Is Attractive | Why Abstinence Is Preservation, Not Deprivation
Sexual discipline is attractive — and I stand on that.
This message is not rooted in judgment. It’s rooted in truth, experience, and Scripture.
I’ve watched culture normalize undisciplined desire while ignoring the cost. And I’ve seen firsthand what a lack of restraint destroys — not just financially, but in marriage, integrity, image, and destiny.
This conversation isn’t about one person. It’s about principle.
When discipline is absent, the flesh takes over. And Scripture is clear about what that looks like.
📖 Galatians 5:19–21 (NIV) says the acts of the flesh are:
• sexual immorality • impurity • debauchery • idolatry • witchcraft • hatred • discord • jealousy • fits of rage • selfish ambition • dissensions • factions • envy • drunkenness • orgies • and the like
The Bible doesn’t sugarcoat it. And neither will I.
Sexual discipline isn’t deprivation. It’s preservation.
I also speak from personal experience as a woman who practices abstinence — and how quickly lack of restraint reveals intentions. When discipline isn’t present, attraction fades. Distance meets distance. And clarity follows.
This isn’t just about sex. It’s about every area where the flesh wants control.
📖 John 10:10 reminds us the enemy’s assignment has never changed — to steal, kill, and destroy — and he doesn’t care who he uses.

Grateful for the Rooms That Grew Me | Perfect Line & Scrambled Up Reflection | Stephanie Bloop

My episode of The Perfect Line aired again on December 1st on the Game Show Network… and watching it back reminded me just how necessary this growth and gratitude moment truly was. I handled it with poise then — and with perspective now.
There are some rooms you walk into that end up teaching you more than you ever expected.
In July, Perfect Line taught me presence — how to stand in a moment even when the moment shakes you. Then August brought Scrambled Up, and with it, another lesson.
After her round, a contestant named Susan sat beside me. She missed a question and immediately started tearing herself down. I recognized that look — because I had just lived it on Perfect Line. And in that moment, God let me see myself… and see how far I’d actually come.
Scrambled Up didn’t teach me grace. Perfect Line did. Scrambled Up gave me the opportunity to give the grace I had learned the hard way.
Today, I’m grateful — not because I was perfect, but because each room prepared me for the next chapter God is writing.

📍 Sometimes the shift doesn’t announce itself… you just look up and realize you’re walking into a new room.
That’s where I am right now.
God is aligning my voice with new spaces, new assignments, and new people. I’m paying attention — and I’m letting Him order my steps.
Everything doesn’t have to be deep or heavy every time. Sometimes the assignment is to simply be present in the NEXT room… and show up with the same light, the same integrity, and the same boldness.

Nothing Endured in Faith Is Wasted | Faith, Endurance & Trusting God’s Process
In this Becoming reflection, I share why nothing endured in faith is wasted. Waiting seasons may feel empty, but they’re not wasted—they’re the ground where God is distributing blessings, imparting gifts, and delivering us into His promises.
📖 Galatians 6:9 reminds us: “So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”
These are unseen moments captured at the BET Experience I attended in Atlanta in 2022. I may not have fully landed in the music industry yet, nevertheless, every seed planted, every room I stepped into, and every connection I made was part of my leap of faith.

“Becoming is learning, not my will, but Thy will be done.” (Luke 22:42) ~Stephanie Bloop
This message is about obedience to God — even when it costs you popularity with man. Like Jesus in the Garden, I had to choose His will over mine. Though I know this word could offend some, my first call is obedience to Him.
💡 In the middle of the word obeDIEnce is the word DIE. To be obedient, we must die to ourselves, deny our flesh, and follow Him (Luke 9:23). The flesh and the Spirit cannot coexist (Galatians 5:17). That’s why I didn’t wrestle with whether or not to post this. My goal is to obey God.
If you have an issue with this message, take it up with God. He gave the direction — I’m just the messenger.
🪞 Reflection: Becoming is learning obedience, aligning our will with God’s because His will is always better.
🌈 “I have set My rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth… Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant.” (Genesis 9:13–17 NIV)
✝️ The rainbow still belongs to God.

📖 Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV) – “Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”
💡 Isaiah 41 carries the promises of God’s strength, His presence, and His help. It’s a reminder that even in uncertainty, we are upheld in love.
📚 Strong’s Concordance 401 • Hebrew (’aluph): a chief, leader, but also a companion, a friend. • Greek (anaperaino): to finish, to complete.
🔖 Both meanings line up beautifully: the longing for companionship and the sense of completion that true love brings.
🫶🏾 Love is… A hug that speaks without words, healing in the embrace, intimacy that isn’t just about sex, but about release and completion.
That’s the love I’m ready for — the kind that heals in a hug, speaks without words, and completes what God already started in me.

Becoming + Alignment | What Once Looked Like a Full Circle Moment Became a New Beginning, as I Enter My New Era
Sometimes the hardest decisions are the most necessary. Today, I chose release.
I made a public announcement of alignment with HOT2100 — and now I’m publicly clarifying that I am no longer aligned with them. What once looked like a full circle moment became a part of my new beginning, as I enter my new era. That, too, is part of becoming.
For me, business practices matter. Excellence matters. Peace matters. And my name and brand are everything. Who and what we align with reflects back on us — and I chose not to compromise.
