Here's something they don't teach you in electrical apprenticeship.
Apparently, foam earplugs have more uses than I thought.
Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 753 with a loose HMI connection. Four earplugs later, problem solved. Well, temporarily anyway. Lol.
33 years as an electrician and I'm still learning new tricks.

I want to add a small battery screwdriver to my daily carry — actually ON me, not in my tool bag.
I've narrowed it down to these two. Which one would you carry?
Small and convenient is the priority. My impact can handle the heavy stuff.
I considered the Milwaukee, but it's bigger than I want for this, and I already tried the Vessel... just not for me.

Just picked up this 20 oz Vaughan framing hammer.
My old 21 oz Husky always worked fine...until I compared the two.
The Vaughan just feels more refined. Better balance, better feel, better overall.
Funny how a good tool can make another one suddenly feel crude.

I found out these exist today, and I haven't been this excited about an electrical component in a long time.
This is the Allen-Bradley M105 electronic reversing motor starter—and it's actually NEW technology. The M100 family was only launched in 2025.
480V, 3-phase, up to 15 HP. Forward, reverse and motor protection packed into this little thing.
Basically, a modern replacement for the traditional reversing starter setup we've been building with contactors, overloads and interlocks forever.
Anybody gotten their hands on one yet?
