(15/5/2023) Hawaiian Airlines unveiled the cabin for their Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners joining the fleet in November 2023.

They will feature 34 business class seats called Leihoku, and 266 economy seats, with Hawaiian design elements throughout the cabin, entertainment and charging ports at every seat

(15/5/2023) SkyWest flight 3289, operating for American Eagle as AA3289, was forced to return to South Bend airport after a mechanical issue.

The Mitsubishi CRJ-701ER, N758SK, diverted due to an unspecified mechanical issue while en route to Dallas Fort Worth airport and was met with emergency vehicles upon landing.

Though it’s still unlikely that a strike will actually happen, the vote is expected to put pressure on the carrier during the ongoing contract negotiations between the union and company executives.

Notably, the Boeing 737 MAX 8 involved, N8701Q, is the prototype and first ever 737 MAX built.
