I’ve been fortunate to receive some great reviews over the years, but one of the most memorable came recently from a repeat buyer.
We put together a deal on a beautiful riverfront vacation home, and on his very first day there, he sent me this text, “3 steelhead landed so far in front of the house. Catching a ton of nice trout too!”

I never get tired of being Out n About, especially when it means exploring new country like this. These photos are from a property we’ll be bringing to market soon and let me tell you… it’s a special one.
The home? Built by a contractor as their personal residence, and it shows. Every detail from the high-end finishes to the thoughtfully engineered structure has been done right. Even future needs were considered, with design choices that support multi-generational living.
I’d share more photos of the home itself, but honestly… the pictures I took don’t do it justice. I’ll wait for the photographer’s shots to really show it off.
In the meantime, enjoy these glimpses of the setting, acres of open ground with a beautiful view over the valley. Can’t wait to share more soon.
