They Have Allegedly Found Charlie Kirk’s Murderer
(Full timeline of events)

September 10th:
Charlie Kirk is murdered 20 minutes into his tour.

September 11th:
the weapon used in the attack was a .30-06 caliber bolt-action rifle. It was found in a wooded area wrapped in a towel near the campus; the location of the firearm appears to match the murders escape path.
The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to 3 unspent rounds in the top feed of the magazine. All cartridges have engraved wording on them expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. There were inscriptions engraved on casings found with the rifle too, the inscriptions engraved on the fired bullet said “notices bulge, OwO, what’s this”. The first unfired casing said “hey fascist, catch. with an up arrow symbol, right arrow symbol, three down arrow symbols.” The second unfired casing said “oh Bella chow* Bella chow* Bella chow* Bella chow chow chow*” the third unfired casing read “if you read this you are gay lmfao” all of these are references to internet culture and video game content. The firearm and ammunition were taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions.
At 11:30PM the same day, the FBI released 2 photos of a person of interest. Originally the search was dedicated to a person wearing all black. Conveniently the college student is wearing a Grayish black hat, black tinted sunglasses, a black patriot shirt, and dark blue jeans*?

September 12th
The murder Tyler Robinson has been found.
Investigators interviewed a member of Robinson's family, who said he had become more political in recent years. The family member said Robinson recently told them that Kirk was coming to Utah Valley University and the pair discussed how they didn’t like Kirk and the viewpoints he held.
He will make his first court appearance on Tuesday after attorney Jeff Gray files charges in the killing of Charlie Kirk on the same day. “Assuming all goes as planned and we file charges on Tuesday, Mr. Robinson’s first appearance will be Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. MDT,” according to Christopher Ballard,
It will be a virtual hearing


The murder of Charlie Kirk only made his reach wider. And it only made people see how much political violence is happening on both sides. This will unite most of us under the idea of America being great again; I only wish Charlie Kirk got to see how much his death united the youth of America. He will not be forgotten; he will go down in history as the face of free speech and open discussion.

He was my biggest inspiration on how to express your feelings about something you truly believe in.
He had a wife and kids. No one’s political belief should cause them to get executed especially in front of hundreds of people. May his family find peace in this unexpected death.
May he rest in peace.

Notice of claim being filed this week on the events of my arrest.
We are not pursuing legal action with the ACLU.
We will be filing with an attorney.
This will speed up the case from 2 years to just 1 year.

Here’s the timeline of events for the lawsuit.

February 24th the day of false arrest at post office.
Day of arrest I find my devices at an apartment complex
2 days after the devices stay at apartment and then the devices batteries die so I couldn’t get location pings.

After I was arrested. I have no real proof of this until I get the body cam. Inside the room I was in it had glass in the front facing the officers. I was able to over hear him lie to another person inside the juvenile holding facility and said I gave the false name “Eli”. As far as I know he even lied on the paper he sent to the judge for him to allow the arrest and warrant.
That paper is another one of the items we requested.
He lied and changed the charge 3 times.
First it was a felony for collecting private information with harmful intent.
Second was failure to identity
Third was obstruction of justice which is what lying to an officer about your name can get you charged with. Which I never did. I said IAN 2 times.


In the middle of the first week of events my mom goes up to the police department to ask for a receipt and they say we couldn’t find the phone.

Weeks later my dad files an internal investigation
And they come back with the information that they have my phone but it’s staying with them for evidence.

April 1st-2nd
demanding my phone back by going into the police department everyday and speaking to anyone I could.

Next day we get our devices back.

We post the video. And 1 week after contact the ACLU (civil rights and civil liberties organization)
We chose them because the police department will have trouble being able to afford the funds to fight the ACLU

One of my personal demands is if they choose to settle (we are not planning on settling without our demands and if they wanna continue we are ready to take this to litigation)

The demands for me are:
Officer Daniel Wilson is fired.
The PD works with Wichita Audits to re-train and make sure every officer is taught first amendment rights.
Wichita audits will do annual accountability checks on WFPD
If those demands aren’t met. We aren’t settling.

I will update yall on the case as soon as we get information.
