Everyone please help me wish my baby boy Jakob a Happy 13th Birthday 🎂🎉

To know him is to love him. Jakob is one of the funniest, loving, understanding, intelligent and talented people I've ever known. He lights up a room and everyone is drawn to him because of his amazing personality.

He's also one of the strongest and toughest people that I've ever known. Notice that I didn't say kid. He is really one of the strongest and toughest people I have ever known. He handled the adversity this summer with Elegance and Grace. Nothing but love and a heart to get back on his feet as quickly as possible. I don't think he understands how his motivation and drive got me through some of the worst times of my life. Whenever I would have a bad night or I would go through depression because life was throwing curveballs at me, I would think about Jakob and how he handled the situation with his broken leg. In a way he became my hero!

If you don't know him, you're missing out and if you do know him, you know the treasure that he is.

Happy birthday son! I thank God for you everyday that he chose me to be your dad!
