This image was part of the photo session for the listening companion book to my album Once In A Lifetime.
I don’t talk about my books very often, even though they’ve quietly found their way into many homes over the years. They contain photographs, stories and the thoughts behind the music, a very personal, very unfiltered way to enter each album’s world.
This one was shaped by the isolation of the pandemic: a solitary traveller aboard a spaceship, floating weightlessly somewhere between desire, memory and survival.
Maybe it’s time I gave these books a little more love. ❤️

Today I went out for a little while again. It takes some time to get used to going out after all the health drama, but it's good for you. I'm really hoping the new treatment works. It's been seven weeks, so we'll know in a few weeks when the doctor orders tests. Happy Tuesday! 😘❤️
