Im on a #weightloss journey.
And yes, I am using #medical assistance.
I have recently hit #20kg #loss.
It's still not easy as I am #addicted to food. Yes, it's a thing. #foodnoise is very real. It's a #nasty #habit to try and break. I asked one dr for help. He brushed me off. So I approached a second dr, and with her assistance and monitoring, I have just started my second lot of precribed medication. It is not cheap. But considering what I'd spend on #takeaway or #junkfood. I think it's #balanced out.

Day 1: Statues in Narita Airport Tokyo, Highway Bus into Tokyo and part of day 2 of local neighbourhood where we stayed. Tokiwadai, Itabashi, Tokyo. Some views from our hotel. Sign on the seat, is from the local Police, saying this is illegal. And a bus timetable. Quite easy to read once you know how. Green is weekdays, blue is weekends, red is public holidays. Down the left of the timetable are the hours of the day, so for example, if you wanted to catch a bus, on Thursday at 3.30pm, go to Green, look down to 15, amd you can see a 29. So the bus is due at 3.29pm. Japan's public transport is pretty much on time. It's easy, and great to use. Bus at time of this post cost ¥240 for an adult, and ¥110 for a child.
