The Spine Frequencies

In June Leslie Wieder’s book “Songs of the Spine,” each vertebra has a frequency to which it responds. By transmitting these frequencies in sequence, the aim is to get the spine back into good working conditions – in essence, to realign the vertebrae correctly.

There are two versions of these frequencies, one of which is calibrated to the A=440Hz scale (Wieder’s original), and the other to the A=432Hz scale (experimental but based on sound science). Try both and use whichever one produces the best results.

The frequencies may also be used individually, or on a parallel Channel together with other frequencies if desired.

This pretty much sums up why I am sharing my thoughts. For those who feel triggered into disagreement and feel the urge to give a "thumbs down", what you are going is expressing the disagreement or cognitive dissonance you are feeling within yourself and haven't resolved yet. We don't all have to think alike, but what YOU are thinking should put your whole body in agreement.

Technically, one won't be able to let go of "religion" or "faith in God" until we heal the 'separated consciousness' within our Self.

And what do I mean by 'separated consciousness'? Well, literally we view ourselves so individualised and separate from EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, most of all God.

And from this perception of 'isolation' and 'disconnectedness', we experience life with a frequent sense of danger, and need a belief in a designated person to keep us feeling safe -- and that person for most people would be God.

Our physical body and nervous system can't ever calm down enough to have us experience quiet 'safety', because our subconscious mind got programmed into the knowledge of "good and evil"... or separation consciousness.

Five years ago, I was catapulted onto the pathway toward Oneness, toward becoming UNIFIED or "One" in my mental, psychological and emotional realms. It took a lot of inner work to undo my illusory "beliefs" of separateness.

One of the first things I became aware of or learned is that "God is All" or Everything! And that would mean, that I too, AM the essence of God. In fact, I AM God who has come into being in the person known as Rene (you can insert your own name here).

"All things through itself came into being and without same came into being not even one [thing] that has come into being." John 1:3 (Interlinear Greek Version)

I took note especially of the word 'egeneto' 1096 in Greek which morphs into 'ginomai'.

ginomai: to come into being, to happen, to become
Original Word: γίνομαι
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: ginomai
Phonetic Spelling: (ghin'-om-ahee)
Definition: to come into being, to happen, to become
Usage: I come into being, am born, become, come about, happen.

1096 gínomai – properly, to emerge, become, transitioning from one point (realm, condition) to another. 1096 (gínomai) fundamentally means "become" (becoming, became) so it is not an exact equivalent to the ordinary equative verb "to be" (is, was, will be) as with 1510 /eimí (1511 /eínai, 2258 /ēn).
1096 (ginomai) means "to become, and signifies a change of condition, state or place" (Vine, Unger, White, NT, 109).
M. Vincent, "1096 (gínomai) means to come into being/manifestation implying motion, movement, or growth" (at 2 Pet 1:4). Thus it is used for God's actions (or essence) as emerging from eternity and becoming (showing themselves) in time (physical space).

What is interesting to me is that the Bible translations use a different phrase:

"Through him all things 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲; without him nothing 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 that has been made."

You might think, what's the big deal about that? Well, here is the deal... something that 'is made' is different from something 'coming into being' or to 'emerge as'.

If you were "made" by God, you can only inherit the consciousness of being 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 from God. But, if we had been taught that God "emerged" or "came into being" AS us (as all creation for that matter), we would have realised that we are ONE with and as God. The invisible essence of God has 'manifested' or 'emerged' AS visible matter. God did not "create" matter, but "became" matter.

As I was mowing a lawn earlier on, this phrase ran through my mind.... something about the "Mystery of God being ended or concluded". And right away when I got home I looked for a verse in the Bible that mentions this.

"But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound the trumpet, then the mystery of God would be completed, as proclaimed to His servants, the prophets." Revelations 10:7

Again, I like to apply this in a metaphysical sense and try and recall when exactly this occurred in my physiological space/being... when the 7th angel sounded the trumpet?

And I do recall this happening when my 7th Chakra (Crown Chakra) had opened up... suddenly, I REALIZED (in an instant knowing) the Self I AM to be ME!

And thus, the "mystery of God" was completed IN ME.

Obviously, this is not a global event when and where everybody hears that trumpet at the SAME time, but I see this "mystery of God" coming to an end in many people who also are awakening to their God SELF. It's happening folks, one by one. ❤

I did a Musing yesterday about the topic of being afraid of sickness as we age and how I am trusting my (higher/greater) Soul blueprint and try not to worry about how the rest of my life will unfold.

And a question formed in my mind, perhaps as something someone out there may be wondering...

You are saying that you trust your divine Soul with your life's plans. How is this different from your formerly trusting in God as a Christian?

There seems to be no significant difference on the surface, in both cases one is still trusting something greater than their own human self.

However, I have found that there is a HUGE difference for me at a 'psychological' (Soul) level in perceiving and experiencing it this way.

When I was a Christian with the belief that God is someone greater and separate from me, and I got to experience the unfortunate event of not having my prayers answered (in the way I expected), at a deep psychological level it left me feeling very vulnerable and unprotected... it left me feeling abandoned by God and victimized.

It's probably one of the worst kinds of trauma a person can experience, because the very entity that most of us rely upon to keep us safe, has now failed me and become untrustworthy.

I went through this when my dear mom was dying with cancer. I had such high hopes that God would heal her and raise her from her death bed. Mom had experienced several other healing miracles in her lifetime... but this time, it didn't happen. (Even tho, we BOTH mom and me wanted it to happen.)

This is what began my #deconstruction journey. I was left broken in more than one way at my core. I lost God in my life, and felt a little bit like Jesus on his cross when he cried out, "My God, my God why have you forsaken me?!"

But let me come back around to this idea of trusting MY higher/greater Soul Self. Psychologically, you ARE your Soul and you can't ever be separated from it. This offers an enormous PEACE to the mind, and the sense that truly I will never be forsaken, that ALL is well! And knowing that MY Soul pre-planned MY life (as opposed to a distant God dropping me off on earth) keeps me cradled in the arms of my higher Soul Self (as Divine Mother). And I no longer feel I need to frantically try and change my life and try to avoid difficult times, by doing mental pretzel affirmations with my conscious mind.

I truly can say now with peace in my Soul, that ALL things work together for my good... even if it's events that we humanly would deem bad. I am never forsaken by my trusty divine Self. ❤

People will often say "Jesus has healed all my addictions".
But the truth is, he hasn't.
Your "many" addictions just got replaced by the "single" biggest addiction... TO Him.
It is just the illusion of a "cleaner" and less messy #addiction!
A more "reputable" addiction that is highly approved of and validated in society.
Nevertheless, your addiction problem is not cured!
What causes addiction in the first place?
Soul estrangement!! You live in an unconscious enmity with yourself, and seek an escape.
#Jesus is the biggest SELF escape!

I had seen someone on FB wondering or questioning: "Hmm, I guess some believe we can be perfect in the flesh.."

I thought I would try and tackle the confusion around this topic. First of all, the 'biblical' meaning of sin needs to be ascertained and established, before we can find consensus in our responses. It is commonly defined with the archery term of "missing the mark" on a target.

What is this missing of the mark relating to? Is it our ability to behave 'perfectly'? Even if it was asking for that, there would be a million different answers, because what does 'perfect' mean?

Maybe let's ask Jesus what he meant in Matthew 5:48 - "Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect."

That's a pretty tall standard imposed on us, don't you think? Especially IF that is not something at all possible... 'in the flesh'.

The word 'perfect' in the way Jesus used it in the verse above means 'to be complete', or 'complete in all it's parts'.

Now THIS is absolutely achievable! But what does it apply to? Our Soul.

How was that word defined in the Bible? It is defined as Psyche, where we get our word psychology from.

Most of humanity lives from a 'fragmented' Psyche, and this is due to all of our early childhood trauma we have been exposed to during our growing up years.

And because of this trauma, our Mind has divided itself into the 'conscious' (ego) and 'subconscious' (soul) mind. And these two have become polarized, so that they don't work together.

In fact, ego is the 'self' that we are most identifying with, because it took on the lead role and responsibility to cover for our traumatized Self (Soul). This is the Self that is repressed and hiding in the shadows of our 'feeling' realm.

So, to bring this back to what Jesus was saying about being 'perfect', he meant that we should become reintegrated with our shadow self, so that we can live and function from a balanced (complete in all it's parts) consciousness, instead of a dissociative and fragmented consciousness that is forever caught up in judgment and condemnation of self, and other.

And from here you can then link it over to Ephesians 2:14 and make the connection to what that is referring to.

This is a post that goes along with Morning Musings # 804, as the written version.

This is another post helping me process my trigger. I love #triggers because they always invite me to feel more deeply into myself, and isn't that the process of "know thyself"? #knowthyself

A dear friend (I will not mention names as this is not about people), in his caring and loving way had just the right things to say to bring up another wave of deep emotions in me. I want to try and put words to what I am feeling... if you'll permit me (and not take it personal?).

The phrase that triggered me was this "But many come to Him (meaning Jesus) for the wrong reasons..."

As if someone had lit the fuse on a firecracker, an energy came bursting forth from deep within me and I could feel the heat rise. 🔥

And I could hear my Soul asking, "and what would be the RIGHT reason to come to Him?" or "why is there a reason to come to Him at all?" Interesting questions, if one dare go there. Well, I do. ☺️

All my life I was under that cloud of "wrong doing", "not sincere enough" etc.
Even the break-up with my best friend centred around me "not being sincere enough" to get Jesus to respond to me. I have been the recipient of these subtle and not so subtle judgments all my life.
(And just FYI, I am not speaking from any present gaping wounds over that. I keep mentioning it for others who have wounds around not being sincere or good enough, and to let them know I get you!)

We say things from an unconscious place, not knowing what that does to other people.

But back to my question "Why is there a reason to come to Jesus in the first place?" The short answer is, a whole lot of religious indoctrination that programmed us that without Him we go to hell!

The longer answer is, that we inherited the programming of survival over many generations, which has formed an identity (ego) that feels dis-empowered and helpless. And what better remedy for that than to seek out a Savior. I believe our choices are made 'subconsciously' from that self identity in our DNA.

The "right reasons" to come to Jesus are plenty based on that programming.

Many Souls are in the process of divesting themselves from that old conditioning and they are making their way to Soul empowerment. And they experience a new awareness of ONE consciousness, knowing that they ARE the Divine they previously sought out for help. It is IN us and AS us! So our expression of the relationship with God will look different, and feel differently vibrationally.

This new energy is often going to feel "off" or "offensive" to those who have not yet experienced the ONE as One, and as their Self.

The relationship to #Jesus changes for the person that obtains 'One' Consciousness. Jesus takes on the role of a guide or soul friend among many, but the need to seek out a "relationship" with Him is no longer there... it is *optional*, if the person chooses to have Him as a separately identifiable conscious energy in their field.

How to make this your last (re)incarnation into THIS density. (For old Souls ready to move on or "up").

"Truly I tell you, you will not get out (of the loop) until you have paid the last penny." Jesus in Matthew 5:26

This message is for those Souls who are slated to get off the reincarnation wheel of karma, and taking their next step "up" to join the Ascended Masters, to continue their life in another world or reality, after this one.

Basically, what I am going to tell you is how you can get off the wheel of karma, and the wheel of reincarnation. Or the wheel of the "law of sowing and reaping"... how to get off and have this be your LAST incarnation into the density of duality.

These insights can be substantiated by many of the NDEs and QHHT hypnotic sessions delving into past life regressions.

And why is the knowledge of past lives relevant to this topic? It is relevant, because past lives reveal that we have lived many lifetimes in varying configurations. And during the recurrence of these lifetimes, it shows that we have been the villain and the hero, a devil and a saint... and these lives continue to "cycle" based on what we "sow".
And this is a Biblical and Cosmic Law ,"You will reap what you sow".

And so in order to interrupt this sowing and reaping cycle, you need to understand what you need to stop "sowing".
And the big one, that in particular a lot of Christians are involved in, is the activity of "exposing the darkness", "exposing the evil ones". Which is really just another word for "passing the blame" and "pointing the finger" in condemnation.

And it is this "blaming" and "judging" of another soul as "guilty" of a certain crime committed in this lifetime, that will indict you as the accuser. How so?

In the ignorance of not knowing your past lives, and the fact that you have committed some very dark and criminal acts in previous lives, you are condemning yourself and keep putting seeds in the ground that you have to harvest.... that you have to reap!

And the "seeds" of blaming and accusing those who commit crimes, in doing so you are really accusing yourself for the actions you have done in a past life, but are not aware of because you don't remember.

Jesus said "Judge not, lest you be judged". This doesn't make any sense unless you have insights into past lives and insights into the law of "sowing and reaping". Which keeps your harvesting going and going... aka "reincarnation" cycles.

You need to stop judging darkness, because you cannot judge this darkness without indicting yourself for actions done in your past life. (And by the way, outside of this physical realm, there are no "past" lives, it is all taking place at the same time).

So, the way to get off this wheel of reincarnation or sowing and reaping is to stop putting the "seeds" of accusation, blame, judgment and condemnation into your fertile ground right now.

Because only YOUR actions are going to be judged, not those who are doing wrong right now, they are going to have their own karma and get to play the opposite role in the next life, and you might get to play that "bad" role then, because you are still caught up in "self righteous" judgment, which is asking to be dissolved during these lifetimes.
Let it be, let it go. The harvest will come to an end if you stop putting the seeds into the ground. What you need to do is get out of this judgmental duality, get out of eating from the tree of knowing (calling) of good and evil, and judging those who do evil. Do not judge, for you will be judged.

And most people that have a Near Death Experience, they find this out in their life review. And in that life review, they get to see the shit they have done in their lifetime. And once you are confronted with that consciously, how can you with any right judge another person that is committing shit? You can't without indicting yourself.
So stop pointing fingers, stop calling out darkness, because you are only indicting your own darkness. Stop the "self righteousness".

If you want to get off this wheel of reincarnation, or incarnating again and again and again... find the point of neutrality, of non-judgment. If I judge you, I am judging myself, because I am most likely guilty of some dark action in a past life (as I am still here trying to correct it, obviously).

The point is to neutralize this judgment, to not keep repeating / eating from the tree of knowing good and evil, but only to eat from the tree of Life -- which is Love. To see every Soul, no matter what they are engaged in right now, as a divine Soul. And to treat them with love, with divine unconditional love.

This life has all the mechanisms in place to settle the scores, you do not have to do that.

It is said that God does not judge, nor does the Son judge... nor do you need to judge. This life will settle the score and it might take several lifetimes for some people. This is the secret of how you can stop reaping and having to come back here through multiple lifetimes, until you figure it out. I gave you a little clue here, take the shortcut or try it again and be surprised in your next lifetime.

If this message does not resonate with you and angers you even, because you feel you have a duty to "right the wrong", you are most welcome to keep riding this train. What's another trip around the moon, right? 😊 Our Ego loves "justice" when it pertains to others, and it will make sure to hold you here for as long as it can... or you can pick up your cross and walk it to it's death and surrender.
