If locs were THE common "hairstyle" (YES, I know we don't all see them that way but bear w/ me), do you think you would still get them?

I ask because a lot of people get locs to be different, to rebel, to make a statement. But if having locs was the way most people wore their hair, do you think you'd still want them? Or would having them not have the same effect/presence in your life?

So I had the craziest experience this morning after I washed my locs. A little backstory is that I've always been unsure whether my locs held any type of energy. I didn't really have an opinion on it because I had never experienced anything before and I'm not someone to say that something doesn't exist just because it has never been my experience. Anyway, so I wash my locs this morning, which are up in a towel drying as I'm listening to some music on my vintage iHome speakers. I swear, as soon as I let my locs down out of the towel, the music is filled with so much static that I have to turn the volume down to temper it. In that moment, I knew for a fact that my locs definitely hold energy.

You guys will have to let me know if you've ever experienced anything like this before. It was super cool! Btw, I'll be posting a video a little later today about a different topic altogether. Stay tuned!

Congrats to us for making it to 10,000 Subscribers!! I am so proud of our little channel and I really appreciate the quality of people who compose our community. As you can see, the votes were quite split. That being said, it is encouraging that 71% of you thought that this channel had (and maybe deserved) more subscribers. So I say let's keep going!

1. I am recovering well and getting much needed rest. Thank you for all the well-wishes and prayers! They're indeed working! =)

2. My IG account is currently inactive; I needed a break from all the chaos, fake-ness, and agendas that is social media.

3. I hid my subscriber count a while ago because I wanted to attract the "right" or "compatible" group of people to compose my community. I didn't want people to subscribe to me just because I had a certain number of subscribers already but because they actually found my videos helpful and because they vibe with my vibe. I think I've successfully done that; hence, the slow growth. But I do believe that quality is always worth more that quantity! Which takes me to...

4. I will be unveiling my subscriber count in the coming days and I want to thank you! I can't really do that if you don't know how large or small we are. So, how many subscribers do you think our community has?
