Welcome to my journey.
I’m 61 years old, and this channel documents my pursuit of longevity — my mission to reach 100 while still moving like someone half my age. For over 45 years, I’ve trained to keep my body explosive, agile, and strong, doing what you rarely see from people over 60: powerful jumps, zig-zag movements, real athletic motion — not just upper-body exercises.

This channel is not about teaching or coaching. I’m simply sharing my own path, my own discipline, and my own discoveries. If you find inspiration or gain something from what I share, that’s great — but I’m here to show what’s possible, not to lecture or sell you anything.

I AM LONGEVITY

Can I be healthy below 5% body fat at the age of almost 62?
We’re about to find out.

These are my latest pictures. In about 10 days, I’ll be fully tested at a longevity clinic — 90 biomarkers, including hormones, inflammation, metabolic health, cardiovascular markers, and visceral fat.

No guessing. No opinions. Just data.

And before anyone asks:

❌ No TRT
❌ No steroids
❌ No “enhancements”
❌ No shortcuts

They will test for it all — and it will prove this is 100% natural.

The big question is simple:

Can biomarkers stay healthy at very low body fat?

My answer: Absolutely.

And on January 19, the results will speak for themselves.
Stay tuned.

Motor Units: The ONLY System in the Human Body That Can Resist Entropy

Think about this for a second.

Scientists talk about everything when it comes to longevity

- DNA
- mitochondria
- telomeres
- senescent cells
- stem cells
- epigenetics
- inflammation
- metabolism

But they NEVER talk about the one system that actually keeps the body young…

Motor units.

Motor units are the only system in the body that can resist entropy, the natural drift toward disorder, weakness, and aging.

And here’s the crazy part:

They’re never included in any longevity theory. Ever.
Not one longevity scientist talks about preserving fast motor units.
Not one includes firing rates, torque, or neuromuscular control in their models.

Yet this is the ONLY system that does all of the following:

- keeps you coordinated
- keeps you powerful
- keeps you fast
- keeps you explosive
- keeps your balance sharp
- keeps your metabolism young
- keeps your tissues loaded
- keeps your whole body organized
- Everything else in the body is passive.

Motor units are active; they create order, structure, and physical identity. They are the system that literally holds your body together against entropy.

If you lose your motor units, you age.
Simple.

You can fix every other system in a 100-year-old, including mitochondria, telomeres, inflammation, and hormones. etc., and that person will STILL move and die like a frail old man.

Why?

Because the motor units are gone.

But if you reverse it…
If you KEEP your motor units young…
If you preserve firing rates, fast-twitch power, speed, symmetry, and torque…

You stay young.

Twenty-year-olds don’t typically develop diseases because all their motor units are intact. That’s the difference. Not epigenetics. Not supplements. Not “biohacks.”

Motor units ARE youth.

Motor units ARE resilience.
Motor units ARE the anti-entropy system.
And no one in science is talking about them.

BUT THEY WILL. SOON!!!!

I AM LONGEVITY

Think about this for a second…

Thousands of scientists.
Decades of research.
Billions of dollars.
Supercomputers. AI.
The “best minds in the world.”

And yet, ALS is still undefeated.
ALS kills motor units fast. Brutally fast. In 3–5 years, you lose the very system that lets you move, breathe, live.

They’ve been throwing everything at it — gene therapy, stem cells, designer drugs — and they can’t even slow it down much, let alone cure it.

Now here’s the punchline:
If they can’t fix the fast version (ALS)… what makes you think they’ll ever fix the slow version — the natural loss of motor units that happens over 90 years of aging?

You’re not bringing them back. Period.
The slow decay is even harder. It’s everywhere, it’s systemic, it’s baked into life itself.

So when some smooth-talking “longevity expert” tells you, “Don’t worry, in 5–10 years we’ll regenerate motor units, we’ll reverse aging!” ...remember this:

👉 If they can’t cure ALS with an army of scientists and the most powerful computers in the world… they’re not bringing back the motor units you lost over a lifetime.

Roast served.

History Keeps Repeating Itself…

Since the beginning of time, people have been tricked into believing they could reverse aging — that someone, somewhere, had found the secret potion to make them young again.

It’s nothing new.
In 1492, Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de León searched for the Fountain of Youth in Florida.

In the 1800s, quack doctors sold “elixirs of life” made from mercury and gold dust.

In 1907, physician Charles-Édouard Brown-Séquard injected himself with ground-up animal testicles claiming it restored his youth.

In the 1920s, Serge Voronoff grafted monkey glands into humans, promising rejuvenation.

In the 1950s, Paul Niehans promoted “cell therapy,” injecting fetal tissue to make people young again.

And history, once again, repeats itself.

With all due respect — today we have the modern versions:
Brian Johnson. Ray Kurzweil. Aubrey de Grey. Peter Diamandis. David Sinclair.
All promising that soon we’ll pop a pill, reprogram our genes, upload our minds, and live forever.

Only one problem.
Motor units.

Every single one of them — every biohacker, every longevity scientist, every doctor — is ignoring the most critical piece of the human puzzle.
Motor units are not genetic, not myogenic, not cellular, and not molecular.
They are neurogenic.

Once they’re gone — they’re gone forever.
They cannot be regenerated. They are post-mitotic.

Ladies and gentlemen, I know some of these words sound technical,
but in my next video, I’ll break them down one by one —
and show you undisputed scientific evidence that will make you believers.

It’s time to put a stop to the lies.
Stay tuned.

There is no pill for entropy. No shortcut for motor unit loss. The only cure is movement — fast, explosive, relentless. Bust your ass or lose your youth.

Entropy can be slowed but never stopped!!!! Fast motor unit loss is entropy in action. Fight it as if your life depends on it, because it does.

I AM LONGEVITY

I’ve been getting comments about my last video (https://youtu.be/jYV_vDxD3Fk), where I showed myself running uphill and doing plyometrics. In that video, I said the first hill was about a 35° slope and the second was about a 45° slope.

Some people jumped in, saying I’m “full of it” and that I need to “go Google this.”

Let me make something crystal clear:

The first hill is close to 35°.

The second hill is close to 45°.

I ran both. I know the difference.

And anybody who thinks they can undermine me — good luck. You can try to belittle it, but you can’t touch this. The body doesn’t lie. When you’re running up or carefully controlling yourself on the way down, you know the slope.

Does anybody want to make a legitimate bet? Because I’m about to make another video from the side view, so you can see the exact slope angles for yourself. Then we’ll see who’s “full of it.”

Then you people say I disrespect my subscribers. Talk with respect, and I will do the same. You talk shit, and I will fire back!!!

Creatine and Caffeine Together? Big Mistake

I am about to prove to you with science that taking caffeine and creatine together destroys your fast motor units. These are the very things that keep you moving explosively and feeling young. The studies that claim creatine and caffeine can be taken together because you still build muscle are irrelevant. Creatine and caffeine are not what build muscle. Training and protein do. Those studies measured the wrong thing and missed the real damage. In my next videos I am going to show you exactly how this happens and why it can speed up the aging process. I used to take creatine in my coffee for about six months. When I discovered the truth, I stopped immediately.

I dedicate the upcoming video to the PhDs who measure the wrong thing in creatine studies, except for one or two, but they have been ignored!!!!
They measured the wrong thing — and now millions of people are aging faster because of it.

I AM LONGEVITY

They said I use AI to write my studies. Meanwhile, I've been talking about this long before AI apps came out. 🤣🤣🤣

I went on vacation for five days, just playing around on my phone, and I wrote this study — USING MY PHONE'S Google DOCS App .

doi.org/10.31219/osf.io/hw8v7_v1
"The First to Fall: Fast Motor Units as the Hidden Trigger of Human Aging"

If you go to any AI search engine and ask about motor units and longevity, the only study that comes up is mine. There’s nothing else out there — no database, no prior research for AI to even pull from. So explain to me, how could AI have “invented” this? It couldn’t. This came from me, and only me.

And now it’s sitting on Google Scholar as the top result for “motor units and longevity.” On regular Google, I have the featured snippet for “fast motor units and longevity.”

And for all you guys saying I’m a “one-hit wonder” or that I “only know one thing,” you’re damn right — because this one thing is all that matters. This is the foundation. If you can’t stop the loss of motor units, you are not going anywhere. Nobody is breaking past 120 unless they crack this code.

So keep chasing your molecules, your rapamycin, your magic supplements — it’s all bullshit if you don’t tackle this. You don’t beat this? You’re going nowhere but frailty.

Ladies and gentlemen, the so-called “experts” want you to believe that hybrid fibers, specifically Type IIa/IIx, are some kind of athletic upgrade. They claim it's a sign of versatility or improved performance.

But here's the truth before my next video drops.

Type IIa/IIx hybrid fibers are a red flag. Not a badge of honor.
They are biological proof that your fast-twitch Type IIx motor units are dying off.

These fibers don’t show up because you’re improving.
They appear because your neuromuscular system is compensating for loss.

And who has the most hybrid fibers? Not elite athletes.
Inactive people. The ones losing power and function.

In my next video, I’m going to show you the scientific proof.
You'll see why Type IIa/IIx hybrid fibers increase with age and inactivity, not from athletic transformation.

If you’ve been told these fibers are special, you’ve been lied to.
Type IIa/IIx is a warning sign, not a weapon.

More soon,
Tony Ruggia

I Reversed My Age by 15 Years!" …Really?

You’ve heard it all before:

- “I reversed my age by 10 years.”
- “My biological age is 42 but I’m 60.”
- “I’m ranked #1 in the Rejuvenation Olympics.”

Blah, blah, blah…

But let me ask you this — can they prove it with their body?
Can they show you, right now, how young they really are?

Because here’s the truth:

They’re all using the same meaningless tests,

- VO₂ max
- Grip strength
- Sit-to-stand speed
- Balance tests
- Resting heart rate
- Blood panels

Let me tell you something — none of that proves your body is young.
It proves you passed a test — not that you rewound time.

In my next video, I’m going to show you exactly why all these so-called aging markers are pure nonsense, backed by science.

I’ll give you the real test of biological youth.
The one nobody talks about.
The one that exposes every influencer over 50.

And I won’t just explain it… I’ll demonstrate it — live on video.

🎥 See you soon.
