The world is changing and the expectations women have of men is not changing. That's why there are so many lonely men in this Era. Women have more autonomy, independence and dare I say, choices. Women aren't putting up with the bare minimum because they don't have to anymore.

We can get our needs met on our own unlike the previous generations of women who relied on a relationship with a man as a means of security. I think it is especially interested to analyze the way black women have become autonomous and financially stable without a man because historically we have been doing it the most for a longer time. I think that is why so many black women are dating outside of our race in this Era.

Yall this entire platform is so discouraging actually. 92% of the people who watch my videos don't subscribe and 67% are men. Then I go to my comment section and it's all literally inFESTED with black men trying to invalidate black women and call names. It's crazy because there is nothing more unattractive than men trying to neg women. However my DMs are filled with non black men expressing interest in finding love with a black women. They're asking if I could match them with so many types of classy successful black women. They all have different physical types but are looking for one thing. That one thing is love - something many black men do NOT want black women to have.

Day 3! Last day of the Fast. Shoutout to everyone who signed up and joined. It was definitely a mental and spiritual reset. I look forward to reading your success emails!! Always remember that you are worthy and special and can do hard things.

Some tips for ending a fast:

1. Go slow. Start with bone broth and wait a few hours before having a full meal. Eat kimchi, saurkraut, or other veggies with probiotics to restore good gut bacteria.

2. Make sure you replenish your electrolytes. I take a scoop of sugar-free electrolytes that I mix with water. I'll link in my Amazon Storefront.

3. Just a little extra: Journal the result of your experience over this new week! Would you try another 3 days fast? What did you learn about yourself and your relationship to food? What did you discover spiritually about yourself?

Day 2 Water-only fasting. You know what I just saw? A sign to keep doing what I'm doing with Cosmo's Princess. The sheer amount of signs I'm seeing all around me is insane. I think fasting offers mental clarity about the type of person you are. Im so happy to have this little group fasting along with me! I pray you all are well. Psalm 112: 8 "Their hearts are secure.
