As a woman of God, somehow theres a misconception that depicts Christianity as restricted. Through fashion, lifestyle, health and wellness; simple and basic is where it all begins. You can live life to the fullest and still keep your purity and glorify God.
I will share my personal healthy lifestyle practices in hopes that it would encourage you to create your personal healthy lifestyle and love yourself for who are; becoming in the things of God.

Our God is the God who sees. He hears your burdens and sees you exactly where you are. He is good, He is faithful, and He provides water in the wilderness and hope for the soul.

We Do Not Have To Earn God’s Favor
Sarah’s life reminds us that we don’t need to earn God’s favor; we already have it. Just as He was faithful to Sarah, we can trust that He will be faithful to us, keeping every promise He has made.

Eve
Eve's life reminds us that God can redeem even our failures for His glory and our ultimate good. While the enemy may tempt us to believe we are missing out on something better, we can confidently trust in the Lord and His Word. Although Eve's actions initiated the curse, she was also the first to receive the promise of the One who would bring freedom to all. Our sin may be profound, but His grace is infinitely greater.
God redeemed even our mistakes for his glory and for our good.
Let Us Pray…
Father God,
"Thank You for redeeming us when we can't possibly redeem ourselves". "Thank You for sending Your son, Jesus, to die for our sins — and thank You for Your forgiveness". "Your Word assures us of Your redemptive power, that through Jesus Christ, our sins can be washed away and we can be made new". "Heavenly Father, thank You that we can bring all the broken pieces of our lives to You. Thank You that our mess is not too big for You".

Petition for Increase in Health
In the King James Version of the Bible, 1 Corinthians 6:19 reads, "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?"
The verse continues in 1 Corinthians 6:20, "For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's".
The meaning of 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 is that we are not our own, but were bought at a price by God. We should use our bodies to honor God, as a gift from God.
Holy Spirit, my body is Your temple (1 Corinthians 3:16, 6:19)and my desire is to keep it healthyand to increase in health and strength.
Help me to be a good steward of the health and strength you give, in what I eat and drink and how I conduct myself each day.
Protect me from sickness, disease and injury, granting me mobility, flexibility and strength. Amen.
