This is the reason we could not do a live this weekend. This is the first criminal complaint I have made solo. Please let me know your thoughts. We need to wake the people up and remind them who we are. Its time to hold officials accountable for the things they do and say. Spencer Davis, the ISD CFO, was not honest about the ISD budget and the financial standing of the school in order to gain support and to pass hundreds of millions in bonds. Before the CFO deleted his comments, I made sure to make screenshots. If you need help putting a criminal complaint together, please use this one as a template. LET'S GO!!!!

Change is often made through overwhelming work ethic, constant exhaustion and tenacity to overcome relentless obstacles.
We are tired but unable to fathom failure.
Included in our fight to abolish property tax is a full court press in our judicial system. Through these efforts not only are we trying to abolish property tax but we are also trying to help lead the SEC into Ken Paxton's office given the bonds are insolvent.
Pictured below is the newly completed Amicus Brief, supporting all property owners. This is 6 years of work wrapped up in about 80 pages. The link is listed below for your review.
It's crystal clear that 99% of politicians are bad actors and the people running to replace them seem just as bad. We are asking anyone that supports this Amicus and supports abolishing property tax, please send a letter of support to the Texas Supreme Court. Below is an example of how the letter should read.

We are finally done with a 1 page summary document on why we need to abolish property tax, ISD bonds, and what a solution could be. We made this a single page to hand out to politicians and anyone in the general public that knows there is a problem with property taxes but does not know how to articulate it.
